Journalists have learned that the strategic alliance of tri-local intellectual property rights has been implemented, mainly by leveraging the capacity of the services of the services in the state of weinzhou, by means of triple interaction, and by using the “internet+” innovative ways of thinking, with a focus on creating a two-way interface with a wide range of small and medium-sized enterprises to investigate, disseminate information and receive demand. Quality intellectual property services have also been introduced in hangzhou and guangzhou, in collaboration with local services in wenzhou, to improve the service capacity of enterprises。
According to the information received, the winzhou intellectual property rights bay integrated services platform is a new platform for media-led innovation cooperation developed by the wenzhou daily press group, in collaboration with the city science bureau and the yong bay regional science and technology bureau. It builds on the comparative resources of the internet+big data, with virtual markets built into it and specialized institutions drawn from it. The platform now brings together 32 professional bodies, such as intellectual property agents, consistent intellectual property rights, litigation and intellectual property finance, to provide companies with direct access to beijing, and services such as intellectual property capitalization and commercialization。
This intellectual property platform, which was launched only in april of this year, has begun to be effective in advancing the use of intellectual property rights and services. As of the end of october, 4,329 patent applications had been filed for institutions admitted to it, of which 841 were patented for inventions, 2101 for practical innovations, 1321 for appearances and 66 for foreign patents; and a total of 1892 service enterprises, of which 569 were enterprises of the high new district. In august this year, zhejiang province was successfully selected as a model area for the development of intellectual property services。
