
The sub-axis pump station management unit shall prepare annual maintenance and overhaul plans based on the operation of the equipment, its technical state and related technical requirements, and carry out maintenance and overhaul as planned. Reasons should be analysed and addressed for equipment deficiencies identified during operation and overhaul。
Pump stations in severe cold areas, which provide annual winter maintenance against freezing of electrical equipment and metal structures, meet the following requirements:
(a) water from pumps, leaves and filling letters should be discharged in a timely manner during the winter break
(b) if the pump is suspended for a long period of time, a dense anti-frozen solid material shall be injected into the empty chamber of the pump and into the sluice;
C) the main and axle seals of the main valve shall be protected
(d) the valve plate shall not be turned to prevent damage to the valve seal
(e) pipework drainage and maintenance should be completed after winter operations;
F) when the submersible pump is not operational during the winter, the surface is suspended。
Quality control and acceptance of major equipment overhaul should include the following:
(a) establishment of a programme for equipment overhaul, including equipment and parts or parts for overhaul, description of defects, overhaul of process processes, operational instructions, overhaul of tools and equipment, replacement of spare parts and materials and quality control measures;
(b) conducting inspections in accordance with the inspection protocols and quality standards established by the industry and the units;
(c) filling in inspection records, test reports, quality reports and pilot operation reports, and completing the inspection summary reports;
(d) receiving and inspection in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements。
Where the overhaul equipment is required to be operated on a trial basis, it shall be carried out after the initial acceptance has been completed and a formal acceptance has been conducted after the test has been completed。
Technical information, such as equipment overhaul records, test reports, quality reports, pilot reports and inspection summary reports, should be archived in a timely manner。
The pumping station management unit shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of this document, establish the rules for the operation of maintenance and overhaul of equipment in the light of the actual conditions of the works。
