    What is intellectual property

    Intellectual property means the legal right of a natural or legal person or other organization to occupy, use, dispose of and profit from its intellectual property. Intellectual property rights are the exclusive rights of the right-holders under the law with respect to: (i) works; (ii) inventions, practical novelty, appearance design; (iii) trademarks; (iv) geographical indications; (v) trade secrets; (vi) design of integrated circuits; (vii) new varieties of plants; and (viii) other objects provided for by law。

    Copyright: refers to a series of exclusive rights of authors of literary, artistic and scientific works to their works.
