In an effort to promote new standards for hospital-wide medical staff, to further strengthen the hospital's awareness of infection prevention and control and to create a favourable atmosphere for “everyone is a sensory practice”, on the afternoon of 11 october, the hospital held a “new standards for learning colleges, sterilization competition”. Vice-secretary, president hu jianhua, member, vice-president, cheng sufan, member, vice-president, kang yan, member and vice-president of the committee are present at the finals; the ministry of medical services, the department of nursing, the school sensory unit, the scientific unit, the director of quality control unit and the chief of the section are members of the finals jury; the head of the various sections of the college, the head of nurse and the staff of the sensory and medical staff are present at the finals of the finals by more than 100 people to support the contestants。
In order to ensure the smooth running of the competition, the isu organizes a full-time, hospital-wide awareness and control staff, who spend three days attending a national course on basic theory of infection management in hospitals. The finals were intense and lively, with 20 contestants competing. The competition was divided into three parts: “assisting questions”, “assumption questions”, “operational questions”, which covered various aspects of hospital infection management, such as hand hygiene, disinfection and treatment of medical waste。
Query points, the teams are calm, the answers are flowing, and they show a solid pool of knowledge; the pick-up links, which require not only hard knowledge, but also more than hand-to-hand speed and responsiveness, with the ratio rising in the arenas and staggering the hearts and minds of people; and, at the operational stage, the contestants display surgical disinfection, the wearing of surgical clothing, the closing of medical waste packages, etc., to regularize profits and push the competition to orgasm. The whole process of the competition was remarkable and acclaimed and amply demonstrated the spirit of the hospital's medical staff, who were active and lean。
After several rounds of intense competition, the scores of several departments were consistently even and ultimately won by a time race: the women's departments were awarded first prizes for their stable performance and comprehensive knowledge; the women's and children's digestive departments received second prizes; the women's departments, maternity wards and newborns received third prizes; and the children's endocrinology, production, handiwork and testing received the best prizes。
In his concluding remarks, president hu jianhua stated that the competition, which was new in its form, had increased the motivation and interest of answering questions, and that it was hoped that the staff of the institution would use the competition as an opportunity to promote learning and learning, internalize the concept of sensory control into their hearts and into their activities, implement it in every detail, and make a greater contribution to the health and safety of the population by building a strong hospital with fire walls。
