As a member of the national political consultative council, jakan submitted to the current congress a proposal entitled " strengthening the safety of car tires to prevent and improve people's lives " , the culmination of his six months of research on the issue of car tyres。
According to jakan, there is an urgent need to establish accountability and poor mechanisms that include quality checks, consumer rights, corporate reparations and joint efforts of the judicial system in order to change the current state of affairs in which injuries and injuries caused by low-quality tyres continue to occur and where victims seek justice through judicial processes with little success。
Jakan's personal experience of the death of his own tire suggests that the relevant government departments should put in place, as soon as possible, a comprehensive system of standards on the age of use, mileage, wear and tear levels of car tyres, which would serve as an authoritative basis for the forced replacement of tyres and the formation of liability regimes。
On 1 september last year, jakan was hit by an explosion in the tezhou section of the beijing highway, which broke out of control at speeds of more than 100 kilometres per hour and left for three people dead. Following a hospital examination, jacon suffered four ribs and two pelvis fractures and multiple internal contusions。
On the third day after the incident, jakan issued a series of microbloggings on the bed of his illness, “driven in trouble”, accusing him of being a tire in lake jin. Tires in lake jin indicated that they would cooperate with the authorities in investigating the cause of the accident. The final treatment of traffic accidents has not since been made public。
As can be seen from the content of the proposal, jakan felt the irregularities of the traffic regulations in force in the course of dealing with the accident。
Jakan noted that the driving rule that “the driver cannot hit the wheel and brakes after a flat tire” was used in many cases as a basis for “legal liability” of the driver was not common sense. He suggested that the “responsible” rule clause should be repealed and that the pressure to ensure the safety of tyres should be passed to the production and supply of tyres。
