With the rapid development of drone technology, its applications have covered a wide range of industries, including aerial photography, mapping, agricultural plant protection and logistics transport. However, the frequency of drone malfunctions places higher demands on maintenance technology. To meet the needs of the industry, a number of professional teaching materials systems have refined theoretical systems and practical skills for drone maintenance, providing authoritative learning guides for practitioners. Several representative uav maintenance technical materials are presented below, from the three dimensions of the orientation, content features and applicable scenes。
Basic theoretical course: uas repair and maintenance
The book, which was launched by the chinese air industry press, provides a theoretical framework for maintenance technology for drone pilots, teachers and students at higher educational institutions. The curriculum covers core modules such as body material damage detection, air power system debugging, power unit maintenance, with a focus on carbon fibre/glass fibre restoration techniques, flight control system overhaul process and motor equipment maintenance specifications. For example, in the case of damage to body materials, the book provides details of fibre material crack detection methods and epoxy resin repair processes; in the power system maintenance component, standardized processes are provided for common malfunctions such as circuit short circuits and electric overload protection.
