The meeting was followed up by the launch of an educational conference on the theme “participating in politics and working as a people” for democratic parties and non-partisans, the follow-up of the twenty-fourth plenary session of the national networking party and the spiritual symposium on the theme of the central economic work conference, the city-wide seminar on education for learning on good political performance and the city-wide general meeting。
The meeting heard an information note from the district council on matters related to the personnel update, provided an overview of the proposed personnel additions and the basis for their nomination on a case-by-case basis; and successfully completed the personnel update agenda in strict compliance with the provisions of the statute. This personnel update further optimized the cfic team structure and established the organizational foundation for solidly advancing the work of extra-district intellectuals。
The meeting emphasized that extra-party intellectuals are an important part of the unity front and, above all, a source of talent and wisdom indispensable for the high-quality economic and social development of pofo county. All members of the council are expected to increase their political standing and assume their responsibilities, focusing on three areas: first, to create a strong foundation for thinking and political leadership, and to strengthen theoretical learning in a regular manner, always working in concert with the county and county governments; secondly, to act with competence and commitment, relying on their professional resources and abilities, and participating in political and political processes and social services in depth, so as to demonstrate their value in practice; and thirdly, to work together to promote development, building on the strength of the regional platform, acting as a bridge, a link, a think tank, reaching out to a broad cross-section of intellectuals from the uniting party, closely aligning themselves with the officers working in the main district centres, bringing together their capacities to write a new chapter on district development。
