In order to further implement the mental health education concept and to improve the psychological literacy of university students, the final of the mental health knowledge competition, “by wisdom and good mind”, hosted by the centre for psychological support and development of university students and hosted by the english school of business, was held in the first floor of the centre for the integration of university students. Following the selection of the initials, 16 contestants from the various colleges emerged and competed in the finals. Teacher kim sang-hee of the centre for psychological development support of university students and counsellors yeh sun, yang ya hui, ji hoi and chu zai-yu served as judges to witness the event。

The finals are divided into objective and subjective questions, and a comprehensive examination of the ability of the contestants to master and apply mental health. Objective questions, which are answered by candidates on the basis of an open platform, cover theoretical knowledge of psychological development patterns, emotional management, crisis intervention, etc.; subjective questions, which are addressed to typical cases of school life, are addressed from a variety of perspectives, including personal responses, peer support, the duties of a psychologist, teacher support, etc. The participants were logical and unique, demonstrating solid knowledge reserves and flexible problem management。
In response to a subjective question, the judge's teacher provided an in-depth review and supplement of the candidates ' responses from a professional point of view, providing an in-depth analysis of the psychological confusion and coping strategies common to university students and providing a live public course on mental health for the audience。
After a fierce match-making exercise, two first prizes, four second prizes and 10 third prizes were awarded. Zhang jiu, from the faculty of law and the humanities, and wang tian jian, have been crowned with comprehensive knowledge and creative solutions. Wang tien said: “this competition has made me realize that mental health is about the growth of everyone, and in the future i will actively disseminate the knowledge i have learned and help my fellow students build a strong psychological defence.”

As part of a series of mental health activities, the competition, in the form of a teaching contest, effectively spreads mental health knowledge and strengthens the sense of self-help among students. In the future, the centre for psychological development support of university students will continue to work with colleges to develop a positive mindset and to write a chapter on health in the form of more varied activities and more specialized support services。
