Legal education for adolescents is one of the most powerful measures to prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency, and it is important to strengthen legal education in primary and secondary schools. In this regard, municipal and municipal councils attach great importance to the legal education of primary and secondary schools, actively pursue the party's educational approach, carry out the fundamental tasks of the lyde people, organize and deploy conferences, and continuously strengthen the legal education of primary and secondary schools in our city. Your proposal is very good, very practical and operational, and we have adopted it all. The municipal directorate of education has further strengthened its understanding of the far-reaching implications of legal education in primary and secondary schools, strengthening the concept and behaviour of legal education, focusing and deploying at the annual basic education workshops, and incorporating legal education as a long-term strategic task into its work plan. A course on ethics and the rule of law was introduced in primary and secondary schools in accordance with national and provincial requirements, with the use of integrated teaching materials, the placement of full-time teachers and the guarantee of class hours。
During the current epidemic prevention and control period, legal education has been carried out in an orderly manner, with online instruction and quality assurance. The teaching and research departments of the municipal and district education service centres have arranged for full-time instructors to train teachers in the subject of legal education in teaching materials, to improve their capacity in legal education, to improve the quality of teaching of legal education and to enhance awareness of the rule of law among students。
The municipal directorate of education issued a circular on the conduct of special screening and treatment of student conflicts and bullying, which comprehensively addressed bullying and violence in schools.
