At the meeting, yang zhi described the preparations for the federation and the process leading up to the first council. The conference adopted the list of members of the first board of directors of the alliance of senior intellectuals from outside the party of the chinese university of agriculture, and elected vice-chancellor jin yuan-suk as president of the first board of directors, prof. Li bao-ning of the institute of human development, prof. Yang ning of the academy of science and professor. Prof. Peng soyung of the school of plant protection as vice-president, prof. Liu sung-moon of the institute of plant protection and prof. Chang-sung of the school of administration as secretary-general, and professor wang gang of the faculty of land and professor an jie of the institute of science as under-secretary-general。
