Dear parents and friends:
Hello
Time is running out, a busy school term is already at its end, and a tight and critical end-of-cycle review phase is officially in place. At the end of the term of office, i would like to talk to you in your heart as a teacher accompanying the children through the day after day. From years of teaching, i have always been convinced that children are never alone in school alone, with a common heart and gentle company, the best force to help them move forward and reap growth。
Many parents often ask me, "what's the most important thing about exams at primary school?" in my nearly 40 years of teaching, the answer has never been a morning-and-a-night raid, nor a short-lived death note, but a day-to-day build-up, an indissoluble companion of parents on the road to learning. The end-of-term test is a comprehensive test of the children's knowledge, learning habits, mental tenacity throughout the semester and, above all, an important watershed linking the next stage of learning, which is of great significance and importance to the children。
The closer the review is, the easier it is for the children to enter a tired and impatient bottleneck. Long periods of brushing, rereading and replaying make the otherwise alive learning boring, and many children suffer from a lack of focus, a lack of knowledge, carelessness and anxiety. At this point, the teacher is giving the best direction and filling the gaps in the school, and the company and supervision of the family are the strongest of the children and the warmth of the children。
Here, in the light of the focus of the various studies, i sincerely ask parents to take a moment of precious time during this critical final period to accompany their children on a day-to-day basis, with details that will determine success or failure and the accumulation of daily drops that will eventually bear fruit:

Languages are rooted in accumulation and implementation. At the end of the examination, the classics, the accumulated years, the words of emphasis, and the silent recitation of the special part of the subject received a great deal of credit. The fact that many children are in the classroom with their own backs and their books are spelled out and omitted is a problem of implementation. Parents are kindly asked to take 10 minutes of their children's recitation each day, to monitor the child's silent writing, to revise the reset in a timely manner, so as to ensure that basic questions are not lost, that knowledge is strengthened and that language learning is firmly rooted。

The core of mathematics is adherence and care. Mathematics in primary school is always different, and the accuracy and speed of oral calculations and the subject-matter thinking of application are key to the score. Parents are advised to keep their children on a daily basis to perform a number of calculator questions, to exercise a sense of calculus and to refrain from negligent practices; and to combine them with a focused application to guide the children to a careful reading of the subject, to clear their thinking and to regulate their steps. There are no shortcuts to mathematics learning, and a small daily exercise allows children to remain in a state of problem solving, to be able to solve the problem, and to avoid frequent examination errors。

The promotion of english is based on duplication and accumulation. Words are the cornerstone of english-language learning, and end-of-cycle review does not involve the use of maritime tactics. Parents are expected to urge their children to read, remember, write a few core words, focus short sentences, and be well-established and skilled. In the long run, the children's vocabulary will increase steadily and the sense of speech will develop and respond easily to end-of-cycle tests。
Parents, the most real and precious form of education, have never been expensive remedial classes, nor mountain books, but have been effectively accompanied by parents. We have to admit that we are always in debt to our children in our busy day, and this short period of time at the end is the best time for us to make up for our company and help our children grow up。
Children grow up only once, and critical stages of learning cannot be repeated. And when the child is exhausted, your words are more encouraging than the words of preaching; and when the child is misled, your patience is better than countless brushings; and when the child is tired, your silent company is the best force for the child to persevere。

Education is a two-way process, with teachers pouring their hearts at school and parents guarding their homes. In the final phase of retracing, i wish our families the same spirit and pace, less pressing accusations, more patient company, less anxiety and more commitment。
Believe that with our combined efforts, the children will be able to adjust their state to the best, gain knowledge, hold their mind steady, take the final exam with confidence, and hand over a satisfactory answer to their self-esteem and time
Thank you again for your understanding, support and cooperation
