(i) production processing requirements。

1. The russian side shall take comprehensive management measures to prevent and limit the spread of quarantine harmful organisms in the production, processing and storage sites of the aryra, as required by russian law。
2. The russian side should ensure that quarantine harmful organisms, living insects, weed seeds, soil and plant debris, etc. Of concern to china, and that quaajuat is in conformity with chinese law。
(ii) packaging requirements。

Vi. Quarantine and non-conformity processing
