New firefighters have been closely organized to provide pre-emt hospital first aid training to new firefighters, and the capacity for self-help, mutual rescue and emergency rescue continues to be enhanced。

During theoretical sessions, the instructors interpret the pre-hospital emergency subject in the context of a large number of real cases, using simulation demonstrations, props, question-and-answer interactions, etc., to teach new firefighters about the concept of emergency care, the basics of tectonics and life signs, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, the basics and operating procedures of medical care such as automatic external vibration, casualty assessment, etc., and in the classroom, the new firefighters are actively thinking, asking questions and conducting intense discussions with the trainers, who are carefully responding to the questions raised by the new firefighters about the operation of the pulmonary resuscitation, the use of the defibrillator, etc., to further develop the vision of the new firefighters in emergency relief work。
Demonstrated teaching and standardized processes to improve the quality of lessons learned
