2025 marks the fortieth anniversary of the promulgation of the first accounting act and the first anniversary of the new amendments to the accounting act. In order to follow up on the spirit of the 20th and 20th mid-middle and 3rd sessions of the party, to follow up on the important statement of the general secretary of xi jinping on the oversight of accounting, to publicize the results of the accounting reform, to spread knowledge of the laws and regulations of accounting, to create a good climate of knowledge and compliance throughout the industry, and to organize the fourth national accounting knowledge contest under the ministry of finance (2025) no. 11) and " circular of the zhejiang department of finance on the organization of the fourth national accounting knowledge competition " (2025) in this spirit, the following is the announcement on the organization of the fourth national accounting competition:
I. Organization of the camera
The competition was sponsored by the city finance bureau of wenchuan, co-sponsored by the city accounting institute of wenzhou, the association of registered accountants of wenzhou city, and the acting accountancy association of wenzhou city. Establishment of the regional office of the fourth national accounting knowledge convergence, based in the accounts division of the city of winzhou finance bureau, with specific responsibility for organizing and implementing the work。

The competition consisted mainly of political theory and financial knowledge. The political theory is based on the socialist ideology of xi jinping's new china, the spirit of the 20th and 20th sessions of the china-china congresses, the rules of the party, etc.; the knowledge of accounting is based on new changes in accounting laws and financial supervision, accounting regulations, regulations and normative documents, taking into account other relevant knowledge such as the forefront of fiscal accounting and the evolution of accounting reforms. Iii. Contributions and contributions
(i) participants
Financial and professional staff of state bodies, associations, enterprises and other organizations at all levels of the city, and of certified accountants. These include: accounting staff working in accounting, certified accountants, accounting teaching staff, research staff in accounting, students in accounting and other persons involved in financial work。
(ii) method of registration
Registration of units (industry). Each unit (industry) must have a team of four players. The contestant must be a staff member of his/her unit (industry), who may include staff of his/her branch. The registration process is open online, and the units (industry) entered the zhejiang accountancy house “legal persons office” module by 8 july 2025, registered and registered using the unit's corporate user's account number, and were eligible to participate in the competition after being reviewed by the financial authorities. Individual self-registration. The registration process is open online, and the contestants entered the “personal practices” module of the zhejiang house of accountancy by 8 july 2025, entered it using their personal accounts and completed the registration as required, and became eligible for the competition after a financial review。
The registration unit (industry) and the contestant are advised to publish the information and complete the registration in a timely manner。
Iv. The way of the game
(i) web answers
The web-based responses are addressed to city-wide accounting practitioners. The participants are required to register their responses in the special section of the zhejiang accountancy house, “the fourth national competition for accounting knowledge” (held around mid-july). The number of questions answered by accountants during the deadline for web-based responses is unlimited and the points obtained can be accumulated。
Accounting staff taking part in web-based responses receive a credit of five credits per 100 credits for the second year of the year 2025。
(ii) written examinations
The time and place of the written examination is determined on the basis of the number of applicants and is subject to further notification。
V. Incentive settings
Personal awards. One first prize, three second prizes, five third prizes and 10 winning prizes, respectively, according to the results of the individual written examinations。
Group awards. For each team of representatives, the first and second prizes, and the third prizes and the number of winners, respectively, are awarded from a high to a low level, respectively。
Organizational awards. Three organizational awards were selected on the basis of the average individual scores of each county (city, district, functional area) organized by the finance bureau, ranging from high to low。
Participation in a web-based answer or written examination in the winzhou area, ranked 50 per cent in the top 50 per cent of the area, is considered to be equivalent to completion of the next level of accounting in 2025. The credits are centrally recorded by the financial sector on a platform for the management of the national accounting service. The winners representing wenzhou in the zhejiang sai district and national grand prix will be given an appropriate preference in the selection of young provincial accountants and high-level provincial accountants, and will be rewarded for their outstanding performance in the field of accounting, as well as for their high-level accounting qualifications。
Selection teams
1. Winzhou municipal units (industry) (2). The top two team members of the group award participated in the province-wide competition as representatives of the wenchuan municipal units (industry)。
2. Winzhou city representative team (1). The top four contestants of the personal award are participating in the province-wide competition as representatives of the city of weinzhou. In the event of a conflict between the list of participants in the municipal delegations and the list of representatives of the units (industry), the municipal finance bureau will be replenished from high to low。
Each team consists of three full contestants and one reserve, with a team leader。
Vii. Requests for work
The cantonal (municipal, district, functional) finance bureaus, municipal departments and units are to give high priority to the national accounting knowledge contest as an important step in implementing the new changes to the accounting code, improving the effectiveness of financial supervision and strengthening the financial and accounting workforce. Organizational leadership needs to be strengthened to ensure fair and orderly conduct of the competition through careful registration, organization, etc. Widely publicized campaigns are needed to increase the coverage of events through a variety of channels, including the media, web platforms and so forth, and to create a strong “school catch-up” atmosphere and increase the coverage and impact of events. The finance bureaus of the counties (municipalities, districts, functional districts) are to mobilize the active participation of the relevant persons. It is important to maintain strict competition discipline and to strictly prohibit any institution or individual from charging fees in the name of a competition, for a ride or for any profitable activity, to firmly establish the idea of living a tight life and to adhere to the requirements of financial discipline, budget management, etc。
