I. Organization of the camera

Participants
Financial staff of state bodies, associations, enterprises and other organizations at all levels of the city, as well as practitioners in the certified accounting profession, the correspondent accounting profession, etc. These include: accounting staff working in accounting, certified accountants, accounting teaching and research staff, accounting students and other persons involved in accounting work. The staff of the regional office, the subject experts and the immediate family members should be excused。
Iv. The camera
(i) web answers. The web-based responses are addressed to city-wide accounting practitioners. The participants are required to register their answers in the special section of the zhejiang accountancy house “the fourth national accounting knowledge competition” within a specified time (the exact time is to be notified). The number of questions answered by accountants during the deadline for web-based responses is unlimited and the points obtained can be accumulated。
(ii) selection competitions. Through written and oral examinations, the rei shui city finance department selected a team of representatives of the rei shui city and a team of representatives of the rei shui city department (industry) to participate in the fourth national accounting competition organized by the zhejiang department of finance。
1. Modalities for registration。
(1) registration of units. Each unit is limited to a team of four contestants. The contestant must be a staff member of his or her unit (the enterprise may include a staff member of his or her branch). The registration process is open online, and the units have entered the zhejiang accountancy house “legal persons office” module by 27 june 2025, using the account number of the legal entity's user and the registration process, and have been certified by the financial authorities。
(2) individual self-registration. The registration process is open online, and the contestants entered the zhejiang accountancy house “personal practices” module by 27 june 2025, entered with their personal accounts and completed the registration as required, and were eligible to participate in the competition after a financial review。
The zhejiang accounting house registration system is expected to open around 23 june 2025. Registration units and contestants are requested to follow the information published by the zhejiang accounting house and complete their registration in a timely manner。
2. Time and place of written examination. Examination time: 14:30-16:00, 30 june 2025, at the centre for practical training at the accounting building of the li shui institute of vocational technology. Any change in the time and place of the written examination will be notified。
3. Composition of the team。
(1) team of representatives of li shui city unit (1). The sum of the results of the written examination is calculated for four participants per unit, and the first team of representatives of each unit to participate in the provincial competition as a team of representatives of li shui city。
(2) li shui city representative team (1). The first 12 candidates for the written examination (other than the team of representatives of the first unit) are required to participate in the oral examination, and four candidates are identified on the basis of the combined performance of the oral examination and the results of the written examination and participate in the provincial competition as representatives of the li shui city. The time and place of the oral examination are to be announced。
V. Incentive settings
(i) personal awards. Two first prizes, four second prizes and six third prizes, and 18 winning prizes, respectively, from the individual to the individual level。
(ii) group awards. Each team of representatives is awarded 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 1 third prize and 3 winners, respectively, on the basis of the overall results of the written examination。
Accounting staff taking part in web-based responses receive a credit of five credits per 100 credits for the second year of the year 2025. The accounting staff who participated in the li shui district contest and ranked 50 per cent in the top of the race area are considered to have completed further education for the accountants in 2025. The credits are centrally recorded by the financial sector on a platform for the management of the national accounting service. Winners of the li shui district competitions are given appropriate preferences in the selection of municipal accountants. The winners who represent li shui at the zhejiang sai district and national competitions will be duly favoured in the selection of young provincial accountants and high-level provincial accountants, and will be rewarded for their outstanding performance in the field of accounting, as well as for their high-level accounting qualifications。
Vi. Requests for work
The county (municipality, district) finance bureaus, departments and units will attach great importance to the national accounting knowledge contest as an important step towards implementing the new changes in accounting law, improving the effectiveness of financial supervision and strengthening the financial and accounting workforce. Organizational leadership should be strengthened, registration, organization and so on, and necessary financial support provided to ensure fair and orderly conduct of the competition. The campaign is to be widely publicized, through a variety of channels, such as the media, web platforms and so forth, to increase the coverage and impact of the event, to mobilize accounting staff to participate actively, and to create a strong “school catch-up” atmosphere. It is important to maintain strict competition discipline and to strictly prohibit any institution or individual from charging fees in the name of a competition, for a ride or for any profitable activity, to firmly establish the idea of living a tight life and to adhere to the requirements of financial discipline, budget management, etc。
