The xaa extra-intellectual sorority (aza) is dominated by extra-intelligence elements from the xaa, and is a warlike, allied, non-profit-making social group, a bridge and link between extra-intelligence elements from the party association, a vehicle for the work of extra-party intellectuals and a home for extra-party intellectuals. The association was originally established in december 1998 and was formally known as the association of the sian knowledge communities, which was regulated in august 2014 by the relevant documents of the central directorate of operations. The operational authority of the organization is the general war department of the ccp-sian city council, which is usually composed of extra-party intellectuals with university degrees or with a rank of deputy senior and above and with a technical equivalent, and with some influence and representation in the field of specialization。
It brings together non-partisans and extra-party intellectuals from all over the city to play a serious role in learning, developing talent, providing advice, serving society, forming friends and friends, and to make a new contribution to the effort to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of sian。
In order to better highlight the identity of the association, to strengthen its organizational appeal, cohesion, kinship and sense of dignity, to enrich the ceremonial and virulent spirit of its membership, to foster a strong “home” atmosphere, and to enhance the quality of its construction, the federation's emblems were openly collected from all sectors of society。

Design requirements
1. The theme of the design of the emblem shall reflect the attributes of the united front, with political standards of commitment on the part of the people who walk outside the party and report to the state; intellectual attributes, with a strong sense of responsibility for working hard to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of the sian; and geographical cultural attributes, with an emphasis on the characteristics of the sian in other provinces and municipalities。
The design of the emblem shall consist of a pattern symbol and two parts of the design of the text of the “sian fédération of intellectuals outside the party”, which shall be consistent in style and layout。
3. Emphasis should be placed on topicalism, creativeness, novelty, simplicity of design, brightness and elegance of colour mixes, symbolic, artistic, practical, temporal and one-size-fits-all versions, which are easily applicable to different contexts and media。
4. In order to highlight their applicability, they can be applied to different venues such as meetings, events and other vehicles such as websites, documents, letterheads and promotional supplies。
Presentation
Design works require electronic photo formats (jpg, png, tif, etc.) and provide source documents (psd, ai, cdr, etc.) with photo resolution of 300dpi and above。
2. The contribution is required to provide a design description (PDF format) of one copy, including a badge design, a design creative description (in 500 words, including the meaning, meaning, background, etc. Of the design) and a technical description of graphic identification and fonts (in terms of sample size, structure scale, image angle, rgb and cmyk colour code, etc.), with not less than three application designs。
3. Biographical information on the designer should be submitted for personal contribution and a team profile (word format, within 500 words) should be submitted for submission as a team contribution。

Statement of authority and responsibility
1. Once adopted, the intellectual property rights of the design, including copyrights, rights of use and publication, are owned by the sorority of intellectuals outside the xian party, which has the right to modify, combine and apply the design。
2. A contribution may not be made prior to the publication of the results, may not participate in or be published in public on other items, may not make more than one contribution or may otherwise obtain any benefit。
3. Any infringement of the intellectual property rights of a third party in respect of a work for which the contestants bear all legal responsibility, and disputes over tenure are not related to the sorority of intellectuals outside the sian party。
4. The contributor retains its own copy, and works, whether enclosed or not, are not withdrawn。
5. The design work of this competition, once collected, will automatically be considered as the rules of the competition。
6. The author(s) of the contribution shall be the first to be evaluated on the basis of the submission。
Selection process
Phase 1: online voting. From 20 to 24 march, it was carried out over a period of five days through the xian unified front micro-intelligence public. The network ranks 20% of the final score。
Phase ii: initial expert review. It invited relevant experts to make a comprehensive assessment of the five to eight pre-selections in accordance with uniform criteria。
Phase iii: expert review. A panel discussion was held with the executive vice-president of the federation to finalize three entries。
Phase iv: chairman's study. Following a conference study, a logo design programme was finalized。
Awards
The design scheme was eventually selected for a $10,000 bonus and other entry works for $2,000。
