The number of applications for patent and trademark inventions has been stable in the world for many years, rapidly growing into a global intellectual property power, creating and implementing a core set of intellectual property rights in a new generation of industries that support the national economy, such as mobile communications, high iron, ultra-high voltage transmission, nuclear power, and strategic new industries, effectively supporting industry's move to a medium-to-higher end. The granting and protection of geographical marker products has become an important vehicle for promoting the integration and development of modern agricultural “triple productions” and leading to the enrichment of farmers. Cultural creative industries have flourished under copyright protection, and chinese works have entered overseas cultural markets faster and more steadily。
Over the past decade, the concept of respect for intellectual property rights has been widely disseminated and has profoundly changed the mindset. An intensive national intellectual property advocacy week was organized around world intellectual property day to actively promote awareness of the protection of intellectual property rights, create a cultural environment that encourages intellectual innovation, fosters the emergence of notions of integrity, innovation and the rule of law.
