What is cybersecurity
Cybersecurity means the ability to secure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of network data by taking the necessary measures to prevent attacks, intrusions, interferences, sabotage and illegal use, as well as accidents, and to maintain a stable and reliable functioning of the network. In fact, as an ordinary internet user, cybersecurity is how to ensure that their information or property is not illegally abused on the virtual internet。

The law of the people's republic of china on cybersecurity
On 7 november 2016, the twenty-fourth session of the standing committee of the twelfth national people's congress adopted the law of the people's republic of china on cybersecurity, which came into force on 1 june 2017 and is of great importance for the security of our national network, the maintenance of public order in cyberspace and the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of citizens and organizations。
Law of the people's republic of china on data security
On 10 june 2021, at the twenty-ninth meeting of the standing committee of the thirteenth national people's congress, the law of the people's republic of china on data security was adopted and implemented as of 1 september 2021, further regulating data-processing activities, guaranteeing data security and promoting data development and utilization。
3. Regulations for the security protection of critical information infrastructure
On 30 july 2021, the premier of the state council, li keqiang, signed an order of the state council promulgating the regulations on the security and protection of critical information infrastructures, which came into effect on 1 september 2021, guaranteeing the security of critical information infrastructures and maintaining cybersecurity。
