It was emphasized that the end of the year was a critical stage in the safe production of coal mines and a key node for the successful conclusion of the “145” and “155” plans, and that departments and units should maintain a high degree of political sensitivity and take seriously the 40-day requirement of the provincial energy authority for “a full-fledged intake”.
