And your iron pot, when it takes half a day to brush it, is rusty and white, and you are a cure。
All the lazy methods will end up making up for it with double your strength。
Hi, welcome to my article, thank you
The iron pot thing, like a man, has a temper. You're good to it, you're good to it, you're good to it, you're good to it, it's rusty. Don't think about how to get rid of rust. It's all horse guns。
The point is, don't give it a chance to rust。

One, don't worry, burn hard, rust falls fast
I've seen too many people, especially young people who just lived, buy a new pot。
A little rusty in the pot, so i put a dishwasher on it, so i wiped it with care。
And
After cleaning, the water dried up and the rust came up, and it was a waste of effort。
Why? Because rust is in the iron "meat" and it's no different than it tickles。
What's the right thing? Simple and rough: dry the water in the pot, then the empty pot and then the fire
It's a little red in the pot, even smoke, don't be afraid. At this point, rust is baked, dehydrated by high temperatures, all structurally destroyed, and then treated as easily as the mud on the body. One of my buddies used to complain about his family's ancestral iron pot. I let him burn it once. He was scared. He said it would burn. I say you don't worry about burning, it's mine. After the fire ended, he understood what "physical excess" was。

Ii. Don't use force. Salt and vinegar are better than wire balls
When you're done burning the pot, the next step is not to die with a wire ball。
You use a wirebrush, it'll be rusty, but you'll get a scratch on the pot. It's like having a pox in your face. You're gonna use your fingernails。
We've got to be smart。
While the pot is still hot, a large amount of salt is spilled, a dry rag or kitchen paper is swiped。
You find no? The salt's particle sense, it's not too small, it's the right thing to grind down the rust that's burned, but it doesn't hurt the pot itself。
Almost. Salt down. Little soda. The sting, the bubble, the scene, the chemical weapons are helping you clean up the battlefield. Ten minutes for the acid reaction to break the last persistent molecule. Then brush with warm water and a brush. The pot is so clean that it can be seen。

It's technical, not physical。
Iii. Brushing pots is just the first half of the game, and the "cooking pots" are the key
All right, here's the most critical step: 90 per cent of the people are rusty, because they're missing it。
Clean it up, don't finish it, it's just a break。
One of my recently graduated colleagues rented a house to cook for himself, changed three iron pots in six months, all rusty. I asked him what to do with the pot, and he said, "clean it up." i said you were the cause of the problem。
The iron pot is the most afraid of water. You wash it clean and leave it there wet, and when the air touches, iron and oxygen and water vapour begin to interact closely. It's not rusty。
Remember, every time you run out of pots and wash them, you have to dry them up with a little fire。
Then, while the pot is a little warm, pour a little bit of oil and wipe it evenly on the inside of the pot with kitchen paper or brushes。
Just a thin one。
The oil membrane, the "gold bell covers" of the iron pot, completely separates the air from the water。
You put on this layer of protective clothing, don't put it on for a year, it's like new for two years。
At the end of the day, this iron pot thing has to be “fed” and not “used”。
Don't think about it all the time, just take it as an "old man" from the start. It'll keep you company for years。
You know。
