As a multi-year grassland plant, tuber reproduction is the dominant method of artificial cultivation, where seedlings maximize the use of seed sources, increase productivity and adapt to small-scale and large-scale planting scenarios. However, there are stringent requirements for the treatment of wounds and the regulation of temperature and humidity, and inappropriate operation can lead to decay and failure of nursery. This paper details the whole process of seeding the tubers and helps growers acquire core skills and develop strong seedlings。

Pump selection and segment treatment are the basis. Priority is given to the removal of individuals who are decomposed, decomposed and missing, using a growth, disease-free, three to four-year-old remnant. In the direction of the staggered eye distribution, the sterilised blades are used to form a 5-8 cm long section, each of which must retain one or two full buds and a partial root to ensure a nursery rate. Immediately after the break, the wound is painted with grasswood ash or polybacterium dilution, which is dryed up in the venom for 1-2 days, until the wound is healed, so as to prevent infection。
The seedling base and the preparation of the seedbed must match. A mixture of accumulative and water-preservative matrix is selected, mixed in the proportion of five foliages, three river sands and two fattenings for decomposed farmers, which is disinfected and laid down on seedbeds, which are kept at 15-20 cm thickness and are then rinsed through the bottom water. The seedbed is built under a sunshield, with a shade rate of 70-80 per cent, avoiding direct light, while a fence is erected to prevent animals from stepping and to create a suitable environment for the growth of the tuber。
The nursery operation and the care needs are fine. Under the line range of 15-20 cm and 10-15 cm, digs a hole in the nursery, which is 8-10 cm deep, and puts a stem in the bud, covering the matrix with light pressure, to ensure that the luminous eye reveals its surface. During the seeding period, 60-70% base humidity is maintained and water is recharged by spray to avoid massive flooding leading to the rotting of the tubers; temperature is controlled at 18-25°c and not less than 10°c at night to prevent a budding eye。
The seedlings are connected to the transplantation. The seedlings grow to 10-15 cm and spread their leaves, gradually increasing their perforation, reducing their base moisture and making them adapt to the external environment for 1-2 weeks. Prior to planting, estranged, fertilized, fertilized plots are planted at a distance of 30 cm and 25 cm by row, watered with firm roots, shaded shades, soil moist during a slow seedling, and then transferred to normal care。
