Tape production and recording process
1. Material preparation: preparation of polyester film as a base for tapes, selection of magnets such as iron oxide, chromium oxide, cobalt iron and adhesives to be mixed into magnetic slurry, preparation of coating material, protection of coating material, etc。
Magnetic coating preparation: the magnetic plasma is evenly coated on polyester film to ensure the uniformity and consistency of the magnetic coating through precise control of the coating amount and process, and to dry up the coating after the coating and to bind the magnetosphere firmly。
Tape formation: the thin film coated with magnetic coatings will be cut, taped with a certain width and length, sealed in a box, and the initial creation of the tape completed。
Audio recording: the use of equipment such as tape recorders and microphones will require the recording of audio content, which is edited to remove noise and unnecessary parts。
5. Tape recording: the processed audio signals are entered into the tape recorder, the telecommunications are converted to magnetic field changes by sounding the magnetic head, and the tape on the tape is magneticized by the audio signal pattern, thus recording the audio message on the tape。
Tape production material
- polyester membrane: as the base of the tape, it has good heat tolerance, chemical resistance and mechanical strength, which ensures that the tape remains stable in use。
- magnetic coating material: including magnets and adhesives, which are vectors for recording information such as iron oxide, chromium oxide, cobalt iron, etc., and which are used to fix the powder on polyester thin membranes。
- counterfeiting material: it may be paper, plastic, etc., used to protect magnetic coatings against external physical damage。
- protection of coating material: coating on magnets to prevent fallout and wear。
