Refunds for educational institutions. The fraudster forges official documents for the refund of the institution, sends them to the victim in the form of courier letters, group text messages or private correspondence on social platforms, induces the victim to add false customers, directs him to operate on a false platform to refund the fee or transfer to a specified account for the purpose of charging the value。
