In response to the public's question about how to prevent these crimes, given the diversity and diversity of the current methods of fraud in the telecommunications network, on 28 july, zheng zheng, a second-level inspector of the criminal investigation department of the ministry of public security, stated in a press conference with the ministry of public security, that no one should believe that online loans require payment。
Zheng zheng stated that, at present, the structure and type of criminal offences have undergone profound changes, that traditional crimes have accelerated the spread of diversion to the internet, that contact crimes such as theft, robbery, looting and so forth have been significantly reduced, and that the number of non-contact sexual offences represented by telecommunication network fraud has continued to rise, placing the population at risk and repeatedly being deceived, with serious social harm。

This type of cyber-fraud is characterized by the following five characteristics: a growing total number of cases; a large number of criminal gangs are hiding outside the country; a growing degree of modus operandi and intelligence; a high level of targeting and vulnerability to fraud; and a growing black and grey industry, such as the provision of personal information on citizens, networking platforms and money transfer routes to fraud syndicates。
Zheng zhang noted that, particularly since the epidemic began this year, mass productive life has accelerated towards online migration, and that some under-funded internet users have often been fraudulently applying for loans; some internet users who are unable to find a job are often fraudulently looking for work on part-time billings; internet users who regularly shop online are often fraudulently fraudulently engaged in impersonating customers and false purchases; and some internet users who have the will to invest are often deceived by false investments and online gambling. In addition, there is a relatively old-fashioned type of fraud, whereby groups set up a shelter outside the country to impersonate the public. In such cases, the amount of fraud is generally relatively large and the harm is significant. These five categories account for more than 70 per cent of all current cases of telecommunication network fraud。

Zheng zheng zhang described a number of small stickers from various local public security organs who were involved in preventing the above-mentioned cases of fraud and helped the general public to improve their ability to prevent fraud and deception。
“please bear in mind that the five `whatever's said on the internet do not believe that any loan requires payment first, and that those who do not believe that a part-time online brush will require payment first, and those who refund taxes will need to pay first, do not believe that those who ask for payment first on the grounds of fees, deposits and advances on the internet do not believe that those who claim to have a call under the public prosecutor's law act do not。

At the same time, keep in mind the four “no”s: not easily linked to a strange web site, not easily added to a strange qqq tweet, not easily downloaded from a strange app, and not transferred money to a strange account。
