In shin jiu village, tacheng village, persons with disabilities have been trained in rural practical techniques to acquire the technology for the cultivation of peppers, which is confident of the high production of peppers in their land this year and provides a good basis for starting up their jobs。
Using the “theory teaching + on-site guidance” model, the training lecturers brought to the villagers a training course on dry-loading pepper cultivation. During the training, the lecturer provided in-depth information on key knowledge such as precipitous seedlings, tree breeding, fertilization techniques, management methods for high-yield cultivation and pest control, which enabled villagers to develop a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical system of pepper cultivation。
Once the theory is completed, the training enters the practical phase. The lecturer led the participants into the field, where he demonstrated the technical thrust of the dry cutting of the precipitous tree, with a detailed presentation from the angle and strength of the cut. The participants were actively involved and practiced in their own hands, in which they experienced the whole process of precipitating the flowers。
