On 28 march, a city-wide training course on quality control of diagnosis and treatment for infectious diseases was successfully held at zhang xian people's hospital, affiliated with the heshi college. The training was attended by a group of experts from the provincial centres for the control of infectious diseases, which brought together 107 people from all over the city, including the head of the unit for infectious diseases at the secondary level and above。

Provincial experts conducted in-depth presentations and case analysis around the core elements of the latest surveillance dynamics of infectious diseases, the normative path to treatment and the consensus of authoritative experts. The curriculum is both theoretical and practical, effectively helping participants to update their knowledge base, strengthen their normative and clinical awareness and provide strong support to address practical confusion and difficulties in clinical work。
In order to capture the current state of work on infectious diseases throughout the city, provincial experts conducted on-site quality control guidance at the zhang chang people's hospital, affiliated to the heshi college, the people's hospital of iizawa county and the people's hospital of gao dai county, before the end of the training. The experts went into the wards and conducted “face-to-face” precision guidance and “point-to-point” quality assessments of the critical links between the clinical processes of infectious diseases in the two hospitals, the rational use of anti-bacterial drugs, and the prevention and control of infection in the hospital, including through access to operating medical records, operational inspections and live discussions with warders.
