Let us first analyse why the lighter was blown out. We know that there are three elements to combustion: flammables, accelerants (in this case oxygen), and temperatures on fire. Pressing the lighter's button, the gas ejected and mixed with oxygen, while voltage porcelain firearms released electric sparks that allowed the gas to reach the temperature of the fire and were thus ignited. Because the temperature of gas combustion is higher than the fire temperature of the gas, the gas can be burned on a continuous basis without any further ignition. The lighter was extinguished when the wind reduced the temperature to below the temperature of the gas, and the three elements of combustion were missing and therefore could not continue。
So the main function of the wind lighter is to keep the temperature above the temperature of the fire, mainly through the special structure of the wind lighter, which is the small part below, so let's analyze it from the bottom up。

Wind lighter parts construction
The bottom of this component is a metallic net, as shown in the figure below. It can do two things, first, to get the gas out at high speed (imagining that you're holding the faucet with your hand and then being sprayed with a face) and second, to spread the gas and allow the gas to be fully mixed with the air。

There are two holes in the side side of the metal web, which is actually an input hole. According to the bernouli doctrine, the gas ejected at high speed and “inhaled” the air around it. And the air is inhaled from these two vents, and the gas from which it is sprayed is fully mixed and more incendiary。
The top of the spare parts is a burning room, unlike the flames of a common lighter, which are exposed, and some of the flames of the wind lighters are in the burning room, thus enhancing wind protection。

Incendiary and metal chips
Finally, there are several pieces of metal at the top of the burning room, which are red during the burning process. If the flame is extinguished by the wind, red-hot pieces of metal can provide high temperatures and rekindle the flame。
