"the sheep face, the meatd man is missing." last week, the 15-dollar bowl of tenzhou lamb soup just arrived on the table, and the next-door boss just pulled out his cell phone and made a video, along with a sentence, "this is the last one?" – it's up to 100,000 people, and the comment section's collective defense: i'm not the only one who's been fooled。
People in the old teng state know that the real lamb soup is "open and clear": white and white, white and white, clean and clear, and you can see a few pieces of meat at the bottom of the bowl. But today some shopkeepers are playing with the rules as “three flowers, one eye short”: sheep and butter, white flowers, fresh flowers; little meat, little soup, little sincerity; and shut your eyes, so afraid to see. The cost is simple: three pounds of lamb oil and 30 pieces of lamb, and one layer of it can be used as a “heavy soup” and then a bone soup, and a piped water can be white. The owner shows off in private, reduces the length of the process, saves four cans of gas a day and replaces the maytem at the end of the year。
Don't underestimate this bowl. It's a city card in tennessee. The data show that there are more than 200 local shops with 5 million passengers a year, at 25 yuan per person, with a product of a few or several billion, and that it also leads to the breeding of young goats, cold chains and cultural brigades. The ratings are now soaring that 38 per cent of off-site visitors are cut off and the tour guides in the scenery are spitting out: a group of sheep and soup is being complained about, and it is better to take noodles. Once the integrity crack expands, it hits the pan of the entire industrial chain。

Supervision starts. The industry association has introduced a “supplex” requiring the production of lamb thorium at 90 grams/baskets for six hours, and who dares to use it directly on the red and black list; 23 old labels promise: two pounds less and double on-site. Even worse, it is “sweeping back” with a 2-dimensional code for each pot, a scan that can see the origin of the sheep, the time of slaughter, the name of the master of the soup, and a back-to-back feed that is synchronized with the vibrating sound, the online cloud monitor of the internet. Some are worried about rising costs, but they are clear: the real stuff costs three dollars more, the selling price increases five dollars, and the customers pay for it – compared to the 15 dollars spent on “shea oil flush” – and most people would rather pay 20 bucks for peace. That's the way the veal paste in lanzhou went, and once the standard was harmonized, the bowl rose from three to eight, and the sales went up 40 per cent。

At the end of the day, the local snacks wanted to be red, and there were only two paths: lock the smell into the tongue and write the good faith in the books. That is true: good faith is the soul, but good faith depends on numbers: how much meat, how much soup, how long it lasts, and it is all on the table and visible. Next time we go to teng county, we'll see if there's a two-dimensional toupstick in the store, and we'll see if there's a two-second red ribbon on the bowl. The lamb soup can boil, the trade must be calm, and only if every spoon is right can the soup continue to float out of the mountains and warm the stomach of the nation's internet friends。
