(1) be careful when power is added and the power should not be staggered. When the lcd monitor is turned on, be careful not to touch high voltage circuits, etc., which touch high pressure plates in order to avoid electrical accidents。
(2) large-volume melting wires or other guidance lines may not be used at will in lieu of a safety tube and an insurance barrier. The tubes shall be burned, the cause of which shall be identified, the repowering test shall be conducted to prevent damage to other elemental devices and to extend the failure range。

(3) the maintenance shall be welded along the original line and the position of the wires shall be non-moveable, especially with regard to the signal lines of the high pressure plate, and care shall be taken to restore them to their original condition。
(4) when replacing a metaware, particularly when important metaware items are marked on circuit charts or printing boards, products of the same specification must be used and substitutes must never be used at will. When there is a short circuit, all electrons that are too hot to cause color and deterioration should be replaced. The switch should be broken. When replacing a metaware device on the power source, the filtering capacitor must be discharged to avoid electric shocks。
(5) the replacement element shall be of the same type and specification. The specifications should not be increased at will, much less allowed to be reduced. If a large power transistor cannot be replaced by a *-rate transistor, the rapid recovery of a hf diode cannot be replaced by an ordinary diode. Nor should it be arbitrary to replace the *-rate tube with a large power tube, because the result of this substitution is that the tension at that level is apparently resolved temporarily, but not in practice. For example, transistor penetration may be of poor quality or a change in the work point. If there is a change of work point due to a severe failure of electrolytic capacity and if the transistor is replaced only with a high power tube instead of a *-rate tube, it is not only unresolved, but may even expand the malfunctioning surface, causing an abnormal front- and back-stage job。

(6) the maintenance should be considered calmly in the light of the failure phenomenon, with the aim of minimizing the extent of the failure, and must not be welded or removed blindly。
(7) replacement units and welding circuits shall be carried out in the event of power cuts in order to ensure the safety of human machines。
(8) the removal of the lcd panel shall be carried out with special care and shall not be excessive in order to avoid permanent damage to the lcd screen。

(9) in the course of maintenance, if a transistor, electrolytic capacitor or integrated circuit is suspected of having been damaged, the performance of the transistor, electrolytic capacitor or integrated circuit will need to be measured from the printed circuit board, with particular attention to the polarity of the transistor, electrolytic capacitor, and the three extremes of the transistor cannot be welded. Integrated circuits are designed to ensure that the marked position and each lead is correctly installed and do not reverse, which would cause new malfunctions and would also be prone to damage to other elemental devices。
(10) if dust accumulates because the monitor has been in use for too long, the maintenance should first release the dust with a brush and then blow it out with a scrubber. When parts that cannot be blown must be removed, it is advisable to remove them from alcohol, and water, gasoline or other potent solutions are prohibited。
