At work, there is a tendency to be wary: to water only “sweet flowers” and not “spoiling seed”. This practice, which reflects the resonance of individual regions or sectors in favour of advanced, light and backward work, appears to be prominent and carries with it hidden risks。
While it is important to celebrate advancedness, it was originally intended to set up poles with a little bit of face. But if we focus only on the bright spots, hot spots, bright spots, the “star model” and remain indifferent to the hard spots, the closing points, the weak points, and the left-handedness, we find ourselves in the “better and worse of the better.”。
This “discretionary” approach is either lacking in dialectical thinking or is quick to achieve a profit. An advanced model is solid, with a modest increase in effort, and reports are bright, informative and successful. It is difficult to achieve results in the short term, given the scale of the problems and the scale of the challenges. So some people fled, and were profane。
The “barrel theory” has long shown that the patchboard is not an add-on but an answer to balanced development. Advanceds are not born as “honors”, and their mutation experiences, progression paths are worth further study and promotion; the latter are by no means destined as “psychologicals”, precisely the “rich mines” with the potential to break through bottlenecks。
Thus, an officer must start his own business by putting in place a “tracing light”, so that the advanced “lights” can be “lighted” and experience can be transmitted; rather, he must take the initiative to put up a “tracing light”, so that the weak can be exposed, the problems can be brought up, with more patience, more help and a little whip。
After all, real development has never been a “one-size-fits-all” but a “show-all”. It is only when every seedling is well-filled。
