Powerboard
Powerboard function:
Our home electricity, the voltage is 220 v, there's a lot of ic on tv, and they work differently. Therefore, a power plate is required to provide 220v of municipal power for pressure relief output to the tv main board, the logic board and the pcb for normal work。
The power panel function is to provide the whole machine with a variety of working voltages。
Disruption of power panels:
No power, no light。
Two, light up. It's not working。
3 some of the power panels were assembled on led-lift circuits, which in some cases caused back-light failure。
Main board
Main board function:
The main panel has two functions
1. Cpu computer control function。
When we use remote control, or panel buttons, all control signals reach the cpu on the main panel for control。
Signal processing
There are many input ports on tv (hf head; av, colour difference, hdmi, etc.), each of which enters a different signal format, and the main chip on the main plate is the conversion of signals into screen-identifiable lvds signals so that we can look for images. It also separates the image from the sound signal and sends the audio signal to the horn through the acoustics on the main panel so that we can hear the sound。
Disorder after damage to the main panel:
1. The cpu section on the main plate is poor, the red light is on and the machine is not turned off。
2. The signal is poorly processed on the main panel and cannot be collected on the stage, and av & colour differential input does not have image-free, back-lighted, unsound, varnished, image tailings。
Function:
1 logical panel
Convert the lvds signal from the main plate into a screen drive。
Two, cell panel glass
Controls the rotation angle of lcd molecules by driving the signal control tft thin film triode inside the lcd screen to generate images。
Three, pressurized
Since led lamps require a high level of voltage, the 24v voltage on the power plate cannot light the lamp, so the voltage plate is required to lift the voltage。
4, blu (led backlight)
The liquid crystal molecule itself cannot glow and can only produce images, so a light source is needed to see the images from the screen, and led backlights provide a light source。
Bad:
1. Poor logic board
Image screen, white screen, vertical or horizontal stripes。
2. Cell bad
Vertical light & tape, horizontal light & tape, screen break。
Poor pressurization
No back light, no back light, no local back light。
4. Blu (led backlight) poor
No backlight, no backlight, bright spots on the screen, and local shades on the screen。
