I. Construction objectives
For a construction cycle of wheat broadcast in the autumn of 2025 and rice in 2026, a high-quality rice-rich tablet with a total area of 20,000 acres was built in the rice-growing areas of my district. In the direction of single-production and quality upgrading, the focus will be on “good breeding practices, opportunities for good fields, high productivity and good quality prices”, which will be integrated around the production of high-yield high-quality technologies such as high-quality variety demonstrations, efficient fertilization, water conservation, green control, and the provision of materialization subsidies for green inputs such as new fertilizers, pest and pest-control products, as well as training and observation in high-quality rice and wheat production techniques。
Implementation requirements
High-yield quality film size. The total size of high-yield quality tablets is 20,000 acres, and each declared subject has an area of implementation of no less than 400 acres (both wheat and rice) and can be implemented across neighbouring towns (districts, streets)。
2. High-yield, high-quality film sites. High-yielding, high-quality films must be along the main road, and fields must be lined up, well-painted, drained, easily accessible and well-established。
3. Subject requirements. The subject of the declaration must have a certain mechanized operational base of rice and wheat, as well as a “four new” technology application capability, and be able to participate actively in technical training, field observation and other activities organized by the relevant district authorities, with a high degree of cooperation and radiation-enabled capacity and a good radiation-enabled function. All declared high-yielding, high-quality tablets of rice must be in the form of machine plugs, wheat must be aired, and otherwise not included in the construction of high-yielded rice and wheat, with priority being given to the incorporation of the main subjects that are breeding in the form of “dryland hard disk microjet”。
4. Technical requirements. In accordance with the project requirements, high-yielding quality tablets need to be uniformly promoted for the cultivation of good-eat rice and high-yielding quality wheat varieties, with the main varieties of rice being 5718 in the south, 9308 in the south, 9108 in the south, 5 in the west, 33 in the wheat, 46 in the wheat, 50 in the wheat, 185 in the wheat. Project sites demonstrate the promotion of more than five new technologies, such as micro-sprunging, efficient fertilization, water-saving cultivation, and green pest prevention and control in drylands, with 100 per cent interpolation and strip broadcasting。
5. Production target. The average acre of project rice is over 660 kg and that of wheat is over 550 kg。
Reporting requirements
Large households, family farms and agribusinesses in my county engaged in rice and wheat-scale cultivation can be declared, and the subject of the declaration must complete a statement of high-yield quality, along with key supporting materials such as business licences, land-flow contracts, etc。
Submission of materials
