The provincial bar association fully utilizes the professional, professional and practical advantages of lawyers, contributing to local legislation and promoting the administration of justice. The six constructive comments made by the organization of the legal profession commission on intellectual property rights to conduct a thematic discussion on the draft regulations on the protection and promotion of intellectual property rights in shandong province were adopted. The shandong provincial bar association organizes a meeting of lawyers for the exchange of intellectual property cases in the provincial prosecutor's office, and provides professional advice on the difficult issues and current situation in the processing and enforcement of intellectual property cases, thus providing a good basis for strengthening cooperation in monitoring and protection of intellectual property rights. The provincial bar association encourages and supports small and medium-sized firms to respond positively to new demands for legal services in the field of intellectual property protection, to work on branding and specialization, to develop specialized legal services products and to develop a number of law firms that feature intellectual property protection.
