Temperatures are rising in the spring, light is increasing, and cucumbers are becoming more suitable for growth, but early and late in the day, temperatures are high, cucumbers are prone to commercial problems such as size, bending mints, fine waist melons, etc., and the distribution process is prone to cooling, resulting in increased losses. In this context, enterprises, parks, cooperatives and large producers in the city should take a quality approach to the management of the spring cucumber production. To that end, experts at the beijing agricultural technology promotion centre proposed the following management proposals:

Collection in due time
In the spring, there is sufficient light, temperatures are rising rapidly, temperatures are high, cucumbers are growing faster, of good quality and good commodities. Although different food patterns and varieties exist, there are product standards that are best suited for harvest, such as cucumbers, and beijing uses “top-flower pricks” as one of the best commercial standards. In order to prevent the collapse, the central melons should be taken at appropriate intervals, subject to the need for consumption, so as to increase the single product by increasing the weight of the single melon, and the upper melons should be taken at an early stage to prevent premature decay. On the basis of the selection of suitable varieties, the supply of fatty water should be ensured and collected in a timely manner, meeting the harvest criteria, so that cucumbers remain relatively good in terms of both commodities and high product yields. In the spring, cucumbers grow rapidly and increase the number of harvests per day, for example, from one in the morning to two in the morning and two in the afternoon, so that cucumbers that meet the harvest criteria can be collected in a timely manner and so that cucumbers that exceed the harvest criteria can be avoided。

Focus on the commodity dimension
Early spring cucumbers grow fast, poor management of fat water and lack of water for free. Some producers are blindly pursuing high yields, resulting in excessive increases in the application of nitrogen fertilizers, resulting in poor cucumber taste and taste. The city's consumers prefer short-chumps, light green fruit, fine fruit, gills, microsweet cucumbers. Producers should opt for varieties that meet market requirements, as well as early melon extraction that is appropriate for density, and measures such as the reintroduction of potassium phosphorus fertilizer, to increase cucumber production on the basis of higher quality and better product matching. Some producers have overapplied nitrogen fertilizer in pursuit of high yields, resulting in low quality. With the increase in the number of cucumbers on the market, the increase in consumer selectivity, poor quality and poor commercial cucumbers, the vulnerability to low sales prices and even poor sales should be highlighted. The commercial requirements of ordinary cucumbers are: they are complete, they are fully swollen, but they are soft; they are inherently colourful, they are natural and bright, they are even, they are radiant, they have fresh fruit handles, they have a bend within 0. 5 cm, they have less than one-seventh of their length, they have less than a second of their trajectories, they have no ellipse, they have the same length, they are fresh, they have strong tumours, they are not aging, they are soft; they are clean, impurity-free, they are not cold, they are not frozen, they are disease-free, they are not rotable, they have no bitter taste, they are not lost water。

Reasonable packaging
The cucumbers are of a variety of types such as thumb cucumbers, fruit cucumbers, dry cucumbers and ordinary large cucumbers. Reasonable packaging should be chosen according to the distribution channels. Currently, cucumberdo is packaged in the form of pallet + film-conservation, film-conservation packages, trough boxes, etc. Packaging material models should match cucumber specifications, reduce mechanical damage and improve product beauty. The bag of cucumbers solves the problem of cucumber size, increases production and improves commerciality, and is a new type of packaging. In order to reduce packaging costs and improve packaging efficiency, suitable semi-automatic, fully automated fruit and vegetable packaging equipment may be selected based on the volume of packaging. In order to create an awareness of the branding of agricultural products, products should be sold in a hierarchical manner, i. E., cucumbers should be sorted and packaged, and different levels of cucumber should flow to different markets, while differentiated pricing strategies should be applied to facilitate the formation of quality pricing mechanisms for agricultural products。

Distribution process specifications
The spring weather is high and the temperature is low. During the epidemic control period, settlements are under closed management, agricultural products are traded in an invisible manner, distribution personnel keep their products open at the entrance to the district, consumers are unable to receive them in time and even forget to pick up delivery on the same day, resulting in cold or even freezing of cucumbers, lower commerciality and higher consumption rates. The distribution of fruit and vegetables in the absence of a distribution mode should be regulated and the healthy development of e-commerce transactions should be promoted。

Cucumbers are suitable at 12°c-13°c and can be preserved at room temperature in the spring. The amount of cucumber is high, typically 95-98 per cent, and water loss affects quality. The temperature of domestic refrigerators is typically 2-6°c, and they are stored in refrigerators for more than five days. The cucumbers are highly susceptible to cold symptoms such as hulls and water stains, loss of commerciality and economic loss. For example, long storage periods in the refrigerator at home can be used to increase internal membrane temperature, reduce moisture loss and keep cucumber fresh, thereby achieving fresh effects and avoiding economic loss。
