On the afternoon of 1 september, xinhua announced that shanxi would be “one-first-hand” in person. The central committee of the communist party has decided that comrade wang jollin will be the commissioner, standing committee and secretary of shanxi province; and that comrade yuan will no longer hold the post of secretary, standing committee and member of shanxi province and will be appointed。
On the same day, in shanxi province, a leadership assembly was convened to announce the above-mentioned personnel adjustments. The standing committee of the central political bureau of the communist party, secretary of the central registry, liu yunshan, attended and addressed the meeting, at which the central decision was announced by members of the central political bureau of the communist republic of china, the secretary of the central secretariat and the minister of central organizations, zhao lintian. In the past august, shanxi had launched another round of strong central anti-corruption efforts. During that month, four local provincial officials announced that they had been inspected, and on 23 august and 29 august, the cmc continued the shanxi “tempting tiger” posture since this year with the rhythm of two tigers。
To date, a total of 7th and 8th provincial ministerial officials, shanxi, have been searched, and three places west of taisan hill, the “circle of friends” of clandestine politicians that has accumulated over the past decade or so, are encountering unprecedented destruction and the black gold empire, built on coal, is slowly collapse。
Shanxi eight tigers

Of the “eight tigers” in shanxi, which have so far been inspected, only one person, who is not an indigenous officer of shanxi, has been serving on the board for 13 years between 1993 and 2006, and went to shanxi in august 2006 to serve as secretary of the board, and five years after his appointment as deputy secretary and secretary of the political and law commission of shanxi province。

Two of the eight officials surveyed were promoted from state-owned enterprises to provincial leadership, and chen kawahei, 52 years old, was the youngest of the eight, who had worked for 26 years in the world's largest stainless steel company, the steel group, and had been in leadership positions for many years。
In 2010, chen kawahei formally joined the shanxi provincial commission, serving as the standing committee, vice-governor and secretary of the taiwon city council, replacing shin wai-e, who was transferred to the deputy minister of china. One of the five major coal conglomerates in shanxi, previously established in january 1959 by the zhongan mining authority, had been investigated in early 2012 as part of an anti-corruption storm in the local coal-coast area。
Lu liang's little partner
There are often complex relationships among individuals who appear to be independent, and a storm centre in shanxi's office has been directed directly to the town of lu liang。
Since february 2014, when the former mayor of lu liang was dismissed from office, three of lu liang's serving officials have been identified, the remaining two being zhang junsheng, the deputy mayor of lu liang, who was inspected on 29 may, and zheng myungju, the deputy director of the municipal standing committee, who was inspected in august。
Of the eight provincial officials identified, there are also “old leaders” who have been operating in lu liang for many years。
The official curriculum vitae shows that nai chunyu served in lu liang for eight years prior to his transfer to the standing committee of shanxi province and minister for general war in 2011, and that he succeeded him as the secretary of lu liang city following his departure from lu liang in 2011。
Lü liang, who had just sent nai chunyu to the standing committee in january 2011, and who had been a successor to the board, du sun-sung, had been placed on the standing committee 10 months later, and lu li liang had been elected to two board secretaries at the same time。
In 2003-2006, he was deputy secretary to the city council of lu liang, who was replaced by the minister of general war when he was transferred to the general council secretary。
In lu liang's “friends circle”, nei chunyu was the longest-serving member of his “home camp” and he had a high degree of resonance with the former mayor of lu liang and former deputy mayor zhang zhang during the period 2003-2011。
During the past decade, lu liang has been able to promote two provincial standing committees, thanks to coal development, which has led to an advanced economic growth rate at the top of the province。
The coal owner in the vortex
At present, lu liang is fighting corruption in shanxi, with the involvement of senior officials of local enterprises, in addition to the cadres who have served in lu liang。
The coal owner zhu libin, known for having married 70 million women, came from the lilin district of lu liang city. He was taken away from the airport on 12 march。
In the 1990s, zhu libin began to grow in china, and in 2000 the largest state-owned coal mine of willowlin was acquired at a “breed price” to leverage nearly half of the mine, most of which took place during the ning chunyu term, through collateral, pre-collective coal collection and so on。
