In his message, director-general yu stressed that the law of the people's republic of china on nuclear safety had been adopted on 1 september 2017 and had been in force since 1 january 2018. The purpose of this nuclear safety law knowledge competition is to further promote the promotion of the nuclear safety law and to enhance the nuclear safety awareness of all practitioners. The law on nuclear safety is an important component of our top-level legal and national security legal system in the field of nuclear safety and is the most pressing need for the ongoing development of nuclear safety in our country. It is an important sign of the deepening of rule of law-based state and institutional reforms in the field of nuclear security oversight and management. In the light of new developments and requirements in the field of nuclear safety regulation, it is important for all practitioners to take advantage of this knowledge contest to further promote the law of nuclear safety, to proactively adapt to the new environment, to further rationalize the working mechanisms in the new situation of nuclear and radiation safety control, to promote mutual exchange and understanding, to implement their commitment to nuclear safety in practice and to create a better future for the nuclear enterprise. Over the years, the east china monitoring station has been “three-persistent”, one insisting on taking root in shanghai, serving east china, the other insisting on the rule of law and law enforcement for surveillance, and the other insisting on capacity-building for “two modernizations”. The fundamental purpose of this nuclear safety law knowledge competition is to further enhance the knowledge of nuclear safety law among relevant nuclear-related units in the east china region, to increase the understanding and awareness of nuclear safety among practitioners, to create a strong climate of law, knowledge, usage and compliance, to promote a culture of nuclear safety, to raise the level of nuclear safety management and to ensure effective nuclear safety in the country。
The finals of the day were conducted in three types of questions: nuclear safety law and nuclear and radiation safety legislation. From shandong nuclear power, ishishima bay nuclear power, suzhou thermal college, ningdeh nuclear power, fuqing nuclear power, three nuclear powers, two and three company, and the eight teams of wah xing company, each of which competed to show extraordinary strength with a solid knowledge base and good psychological qualities.
