Users of millers have been troubled for a long time by the problem of the replacement of mill bearings, which is due to the fact that grinding is always a form of fitting that not only uses trouble, but also wears faster. First, the bearings in the totals we use need to be embedding butter, which needs to be abated every two days and which, because butter is solid, requires pressure to enter and is not easy to operate. At the same time, the totals that we use frequently require a seal, which is enclosed inside, is made from rubber material, and when the grinding machines are operating at high speed, the temperature of the host can reach 80o or more, and rubber oil is subject to high temperatures, which leads to an increase in the amount of powder being polished to enter the position of the overall axis through the oil covers, diluction of the butter, which is hampered by the effect of lubation, so that the bearings are so badly worn that the overall bearings need to be replaced by rubber, and the cost of use is increased for the user。
In order to address this problem, our company has developed a new version of the rÉmon grinder oil hanger, which builds on the old grinder hanger, improves innovation, addresses the deficit of the old grinder, and forms a new generation of oil hangers for millers such as 6rs, 5rs, 4rs, 3rs and mills.
