The issuance of stamps, which are hailed as national business cards and have great influence, is often cautious, although intellectuals must be careful, and some stamps have been printed by the postal service after a complex process of selection, validation, design, approval, etc., and have been prepared for public distribution, when serious shortcomings, errors or other sudden causes in their design have been identified, leading to the cancellation of official issuance and use。
The chinese philatelic lexicon (2009 edition) contains the phrase “cancelled distribution”, which reads as follows: “a stamp that is included in the stamp distribution plan or has been printed and is cancelled for some reason. (p74)”
The cancellation of stamps includes a complete set of stamps and some of the stamps in a set. Today, we come to see the various types of stamps cancelled by the chinese people:
I. Listed in the distribution plan and subsequently cancelled
Postage was cancelled after inclusion in the stamp distribution plan. This is more common, with stamps included in distribution plans cancelled almost every year. More recently, such as the planned issuance of the urban theme park in 2018, which was jointly issued with russia, and the far-reaching stamps of president mao's 60th birthday, which were planned for 1952, the twenty-fifth anniversary of lee's death。

In the history of chinese stamps (vol. 8), three sets of stamps were approved for “chinese ships”, “learning to comrade chou yuro”, and “half-time reading and breeding of new people” as a result of the beginning of “chang gu”. (p9)
Small sheets printed and then cancelled
The printed small sheets were cancelled. The history of chinese stamps (vol. 7) shows that the issuer of stamps, while printing the stamps of qi10, the protection of world peace (group ii), has also printed small sheets for the stamps, with four stamps on them: qi5, numbers 1, 2 and 1, and qi10. The small one, with the number “system 1”, is printed in two-colour sculptures and has been printed but not distributed with zhi 10。

The first philatelic forecast, “facebook” stamps, dated 1964, states: “a total of eight stamps will be issued before and after april of this year”, with copies of the stamps from li and yellow cover. The chinese stamp history (vol. 7) describes problems in printing that have necessitated further delays in the issuance of the stamps。

Since then, the postage office has been aware of a contradiction between the content of the kyodra facebook stamps and the party's current cultural policy and has had to reconsider the issue of the stamps. Despite the fact that the complete set of eight stamps had been printed, seven maps had been printed and another was in the process of being printed, culminating in a decision on 8 december 1964 to cancel the issuance of the stamps (p447-448)。
Iv (3): postage from the original fourth chart, nightscape, 14: the history of chinese stamps (vol. 8), issued on 15 april 1969 by the military command of the ministry of post and telecommunications, “notice for the issuance of the “southking yangtze bridge” stamps”, a complete set of five stamps。

Subsequently, as “the fourth chart `nightscape' is not working optimally and is not in harmony with the other four charts”, a “supplementary notice” was issued on 28 august 1969, replacing the set of five stamps for nanjing yangtze bridge by four and eliminating one of the fourth chart `nightscape' (p79)。
As there is no print mark on the “language” stamps, there is no need to supplement the reduction in the set. For stamps, there has been a “pros and cons” dispute in the philatelic community, with the reduction of the series of 5 stamps from the yangtze bridge in nanjing to 4 stamps, which can be described as “contribution” to the non-printing of stamps。
Iv (4): commemorative stamps of the fifth congress of chinese literary and artists:
“j. 112 fifth congress of chinese literary and artistic workers (tentally) june 1 - 1 p. M. : 8-minute area: 30 x 40 mm version: coloured graphic designer: liu suk-in”. The first meeting of the commemorative congress was held in north ping in july 1949 and was called the national congress of chinese literary and artists。
At its second meeting, held in beijing in september 1953, the name was changed to china's congress of literary and artists. As a result of the postponement of the fifth congress until november 1988 (renamed the fifth national congress of the china federation of literary and artistic communities), the stamps, which had been issued in advance, were cancelled。
Iv (5): general stamps for hiccup doves:

V. Stamps issued for sale and cancelled
The stamps issued for sale were cancelled。
V (1): general victory, black word postage. On 27 september of the same year, the central information conference was held on the central theme of the proper promotion of the mao zedong idea and the ministry of post and telecommunications decided to immediately stop issuing the two stamps。
V(2): all over the country, a “written” stamp. The history of chinese stamps (vol. 8) states that the “big red” stamps designed were not approved after the “all-round victory” stamps were discontinued, and the “small red” stamps were designed and printed, originally scheduled for 25 november 1968。

Chinese map publisher chen hao bought the ticket on 23 november and discovered that the map was wrong and immediately reported it to the head of the unit.
