The annual summer vacation has begun. In addition to providing protection against disease and summer safety, you should observe traffic regulations and conduct safe and civilized travel. In this context, the public security department of fujian province and the education department of fujian province have launched the following initiatives for students and parents throughout the province:
1. Attention is paid to the safety of children travelling and to the development of good habits and behavioural abilities “to behave in a manner that respects the rules, understands common sense, is dangerous and avoids risk”. Parents are often reminded of security concerns, and are more exemplary and exemplary。
2. 5. Before a vehicle is activated or reversed, care shall be taken to observe and circumvent the surrounding persons and obstacles. When driving or walking, stay as far as possible away from large vehicles such as cement tankers, slag cars and avoid entering “blind areas of sight” causing traffic accidents。
6. The driving of motor vehicles is strictly prohibited without obtaining a motor vehicle driver's permit, and is not allowed on bicycles under the age of 12 and on electric bicycles under the age of 16. Parents must exercise good guardianship and refrain from handing over vehicles to children who are not qualified to drive。
7. Travel on vacation does not take non-passenger vehicles such as end-of-life, undocumented or cargo vehicles, agricultural vehicles, etc. The number of persons travelling in small passenger vehicles does not distinguish between adults and children, and the actual number of persons carrying more than the authorized number of persons on a driving permit constitutes a violation of the law。
8. The summer heat is high, the air is not flowing in closed vehicles and the temperature is extremely high and children cannot be left alone。
The safety of traffic is about the health of every human being and the well-being of the family.
