General: the criteria required by the technical standards for this project, the design drawings, the calculation book, the list of works, the test report, the test and inspection report, the certificate of eligibility, the performance report, the sample, etc., are provided before the contract is concluded after the successful tender。
I. Basis of design
The acceptance and quality of the earthquake-resistant support products provided by the tender unit, as well as the accompanying anchor products, shall meet (not limited to) the requirements of the following standards and national standards in force。

Where state-of-the-art national and local standards, norms, etc. Are available, they should be implemented in accordance with the most up-to-date standards, norms, etc. And, where multiple norms are inconsistent with standards and requirements on the same issue, in accordance with higher standards and requirements。
Ii. Scope of supply of earthquake-resistant stands
The supply range of the supplier should include anchor solids, reinforced cranes, anti-shock connectors and anti-shock tilt support, and the integrity of the product must be guaranteed。
Iii. Responsibility of supplements
1) provide a full set of anti-earthquake cranes and assume full responsibility for the products provided, in accordance with the technical requirements provided in this technical specifications。
2) the performance of the products provided must be assured and in accordance with the requirements of the relevant legislation。
3) provides a complete set of materials such as the technical manual for the installation of the seismic archipelago, the guide for the use of the anti-squake archipelago installation, the guidance manual for the on-site installation of the anti-squake archipelago, relevant standards, design drawings, etc. To ensure the safety of products and provide quality services。
(4) the supplier shall guarantee that the equipment is not defective as a result of design, process and/or materials, and shall agree to be repaired or replaced at the expense of the supplier for a period of time specified in the contract from the date of departure of the plant in the event of defects in any part. Once the requirements have been met, the buyer's administration will be transferred to it in accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the parties。
5) in order to ensure the safety quality of the project, during the latter stage of implementation, the plant will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the site by means of detailed calculations of the resistance to seismic stairwell stress and material selection, the provision of structural calculations, the provision of detailed designs and calculations for each stairwell。
The plant provided a detailed list of the quantities of work that were accurately calculated。
7) the anti-earthquake support plant must have its own production plant, and the product is not allowed to be processed by a brand。
Iv. Inspection, testing and certification
1) inspection institutions

2) test project and test contents and related reports, certificates
A. Provides a load mechanics test report for various components of an anti-earthquake hanger (including tank steel, connectors, spring nuts or trough locks, etc.), a stretching test report, a neutral salt mist test report, a zinc-plating thickness test report, a link locktip fatigue test report, a link-resistant or shear-resistant maximum load test report, etc. All reports should have cma or cnas markers endorsed by authoritative national monitoring bodies。
B. Provision of plant inspection reports, product certification for major parts and materials。
C. The remaining undetected testing requirements are detailed in the relevant rules in the “vi. Technical requirements for earthquake-resistant cranes”。
V. Scope of use of anti-earthquake slings
In accordance with the requirements of gb509881-2014, the design specifications for earthquake resistance in building equipment and electrical engineering, the range of use of various specialized earthquake resistance slings is shown below。
Heating specialties: pyrotechnics, accident ventilation and related equipment。
Equipment and pipelines using anti-earthquake slings should meet the relevant requirements in the design guidelines for building electric power resilient design gb509881-2014。
Vi. Technical requirements for anti-earthquake slings
1) the selection of a hanger shall meet the requirements of gb509881-2014 related to the design of earthquake resistance for construction machines。
2) all components forming the hanger shall be in the form of components of the finished product, which shall be constructed to connect to the fastening and shall be easily fitted in the form of a physical combination of the various columns or hangers, without holes or welding。
3) the anti-earthquake hanger limits of the piping shall be designed for the temperature-preservation dimensions of the piping and shall not limit the degree shift resulting from thermal swelling of the piping。
4) the scaffolding system shall be designed to withstand earthquakes and adopt the finished shelf system in accordance with the building electrical engineering anti-smock design guidelines (gb50981-2014). The installation of all spare parts is achieved by mechanical bites, and any means of absorption by friction of the fittings is strictly prohibited in order to ensure reliable connectivity throughout the system。
5) the frame of the hanger system, the material of the hanger, the anti-corruption coating using thermal impregnation of zinc, and the thickness of the coating of zinc shall meet the technical requirements and test methods of the metal-covered steel-forms thermal impregnation of zinc, chapter 6 "plating requirements" in gb/t 13912-2002。
6) c tank steel with cross-section sizes of 41mm*21mm, 41mm*41mm, 41mm*52mm, 41mm*72mm, 41mm*82mm, 41mm*124mm etc. Used in the anti-earthquake hanger system; standard configurations with a length of 3000mm or 600mm, to facilitate the installation, maintenance and extension of subsequent piping; the steel wall thickness of the tank should be 2. 0mm。
7) the c tank steel used in the anti-earthquake hanger system shall be used in a cold and thin process, with an axle-to-heavy side to enhance cross-section rigidity and to ensure that the transect of the trough is not deformed during transport, cutting and installation. 12) the anchor is to be fitted with a post-extension anchor that is adapted to the function of cracking concrete, the technical requirements being:

(e) a product qualification certificate and instructions, including a product quality certificate for anchor rods (containing steel numbers, size specifications, etc.), a construction process and protocols。
F. In order to ensure the quality of the installation, the post-extension anchor shall be completed by the use of special drills or drums capable of achieving caustic perforation in the concrete base。
13) the crossbars, vertical poles, ankles, connecting nodes, tubes and anchors shall meet the security requirements of the receptor, and the crossbar shall not be scratched beyond the length of the crossbar 1/200. The plant shall perform mechanics calculations for each shelf according to the actual load and shall provide mechanical calculations for each shelf。
14) horizontal arm-strings shall use a finished product-stamp arm that is welded to the whole of the tank steel to ensure the safety of the stress of the arm structure. Unsafe arm-strength structures consisting only of tank steel and connectors shall not be used。
15) in order to ensure that pipeline adjustments are required, the structural carrying capacity should be considered not less than 20 per cent of the balance in the calculation of the crane pole and the main bearing。
16) to ensure the safety and security of the entire slab system, all tank steel, connectors, tubes etc. Are branded。
Vii. Technological bottom-up and delivery
