The age of 0 to 3 years is crucial for the growth and development of the child, and this “1,000 days” is a golden period for the development of the child's brain. However, mobility and retention families are less willing to use early childhood development services and less purchasing power, owing to a variety of factors, including lower income levels, less time at their disposal and less knowledge of the importance of early childhood development. At the same time, the majority of early-school institutions for children aged 0 to 3 in the market are located in urban neighbourhoods or in small areas of high-income groups, high-end businesses and mobile and child-sustained families do not have access to quality and sustained early-child-care opportunities。
In july, we officially launched an early education campaign for parents and children aged 0-3 years in family education, which provides parents and children aged 0-3 years with early learning services once a week for one year。

The public interest projects focus on empowering parents, encouraging them to participate in the projects in depth, growing from beneficiaries to parent-child service providers, and supporting the formation of mutual support networks and the transfer and exchange of mutual knowledge and experience。
Mothers and children of happy family education teach early public service activities and give the best accompanying gifts to children [children aged 0-3 years who remain/move]. Family education classes are designed to create safe spaces for children to explore freely, experience and grow happily, to guide parents to develop scientific parenting, to use scientific parenting methods, to establish respectful parenting relationships with children, and to learn and grow with the support of community networks。
