I. Feeding management
On a needs basis: the stomach capacity of the newborn is small, with an interval of approximately 2-3 hours for each breast-feeding, and milk feeding can be extended to 3-4 hours as appropriate. Watching the baby's hunger signal (e. G. Sucking fingers, turning head for food) responds in a timely manner. 1. The right breast position: breast-feeding allows the baby to contain her nipples and most of her nipples and avoids the fracture of her nipples. Feeding a hiccup 10-15 minutes and reducing breast milk. Milk control: the milk volume is about 60-90 ml per day during the first week of life, increasing gradually to about 90-120 ml/day at full-month intervals to avoid over-feeding. 3.
Ii. Sleep adjustment

Sleeping environment: room temperature of 22-24°c, humidity of 50-60%, use of permeable cotton bedding. Avoid overstretching of packages and prevention of “magnification”. 1. Safety of the sleeping position: the most secure position in which the sleeping position is placed reduces the risk of asphyxiation. Avoid the use of articles that may block the respiratory tract, such as stereotyped pillows and velvet toys. 2. Day and night rhythms are established: maintaining natural light and sound during the day, lighting light at night, reducing interaction and helping the baby to distinguish between day and night. 3.
Iii. Skin care
Cleaning principle: washing the face, neck and skin wrinkles with 37-40°c per day. The bath time is controlled at 5-10 minutes, and immediately after the bath, it is dryed and skin cream is painted on non-fragrance babies. 1. Diaphage prevention: replacement of diapers every 2-3 hours, cleaning of hips with warm water after defecation, drying and coating of asspaint with zinc oxide. The rash can increase the air intake. 2. Yellow sting observation: most of the physiological stings appear 2-3 days after birth and recede 7-10 days. Timely medical treatment is required if yellow skin is spread to limbs or continuously aggravated. 3.
Iv. Temperature and cord care

Temperature maintenance: new-born children are poorly equipped to adjust their temperature, and it is appropriate to wear “one more shirt than an adult”. Periodic measurements of argon temperature (normal 36. 5-37. 5°c). 1. Sterilization of the umbilical cord: 75 per cent of the alcohol or iodine volts are disinfected twice a day by an outward internal spiral to keep them dry. It avoids diaper friction of the umbilical cord, which naturally falls for about 7-15 days. 2.
V. Daily disease prevention
Vaccination: bcg, hepatitis b, etc. Are strictly administered at the time of the immunization plan, after which a 24-hour check is made to see if there is a fever or partial swelling. 1. Respiratory protection: wash hands before touching the baby and avoid kissing the baby's mouth and nose. People with flu need masks and reduced exposure. 2. Anomalous signal recognition: immediate medical attention is required in cases of continuous high heat (3838°c), non-milk-rejecting, rapid breathing (>60°c), skin-colored hair, etc. 3.
Vi. Interaction and touch

Touching methods: 10-15 minutes per day, soft massage from the forehead to the limbs, promotion of digestion and neurodevelopment. Be careful not to operate when the baby is just breastfed. 1. Visual irritation: black and white cards within 20-30 cm can be observed two weeks after birth, and colour bells can be introduced after full months, with no more than five minutes for each interaction. 2.
Close observation through a combination of scientific care can effectively contribute to the healthy growth of newborns. In cases of uncertainty (e. G. Continued crying, abnormal rashes, etc.), prompt consultation with medical professionals is recommended。
