In 19 years, i had the privilege of meeting a client who was a nutrition student (also known for his work)。
One night i brushed the circle of friends and saw her text in a nutrition pro bono course in her own studio, free of charge for the same town and some nutritional knowledge in cope。
I didn't have any plans for the weekend, so instead of staying at home, i'd rather go out for a walk。
About 40 minutes of travel, the door was warmly received by my sister, and the house was filled with people from all walks of life, and everyone was politely introduced. There are those who work in the arts, in education, in insurance and so on。

The course lasted over an hour, during which the tea snacks were unbroken, made by the nutritionist's sister herself, delicious and healthy。
This is also my first exposure to nutrition, to diseases, to food, and to health。
Treatment or prevention of diseases. I am sure that the majority will choose the latter, which is why we are gathered here。
When i left, my sister saw me interested in nutrition, and she recommended me a book called " lost nutrition " 。
It took me about a week to read the book. Now i'm sharing some of the health ideas in the book with you, hoping they'll help you。
01. Severely undervalued human repair capacity
The most powerful function of our bodies is repair。
Damages and repairs take place at all times, from cells in the body to skin surfaces visible to our naked eyes。
The most common case is when a finger is cut, accidentally cut and bleeding. But in a few days, the wound heals itself, and of course you've already seen it。
The restoration function is also a workaholic, like now i sit in front of a computer and type it quietly, but it's still in my body, too busy repairing the damaged cells in my body, keeping me healthy to write this article here。
Foreign medical practitioners have done an experiment like this:

Thus, not only are we human beings. They also have repair functions in their bodies, including animals。

Even if we get sick, we don't have to go to the doctor in a hurry, because we're carrying our own prosthetics, and they repair your wounded place during the day and at night, and they fix you。
But you didn't realize your own prosthetic function, so you went to the hospital and got a doctor to take the medicine. You think your disease is really being treated, but the sad thing is that the root causes are not being addressed, they're just being paralysed for a while。
And the drugs you're taking or the fluid can threaten your own repair function。

02. 7 major nutrients in the body

You might answer that it's made of cells. Yeah, but you know what makes cells
The answer is nutrients. We are made up of seven major nutrients: water, protein, fat, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and cellulose。
Here i refer to nutrients as "materials," the ingredients in our bodies。
Think it'll leave when your car loses its oil? And that's what happens to our bodies, when you have a lack of nutrients in your body, the problems that follow。
Big to sick, small to obese. Some are obese because of the unevenness of the material in the body, and this is why the east wall has been broken and the fat has accumulated。
The healthiest approach is to achieve nutritional balance. You might say, i don't want any healthcare, but you don't have to spend any money on it, because you can get nutritional balance at the table every day。
Let's see if the fat people around us are mostly working people, who eat irregularly in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening, and who eat completely blindly, and make their raw material disorder, the cause of obesity。
And the first part, why is it that sometimes when you're sick for a few days it's serious. What about the repair? Think about it. What would you think if you had a carpenter put tiles in your house? The answer is clear。
By the same token, you've lost the material to repair the damage. So you have to always replenish your body, especially when you're sick。

03. Stay away from disease
Diseases fall into two main categories: chronic and acute。
Acute diseases, such as car accidents, fractures, injury haemorrhage, etc., are easy to understand。
Chronic diseases are complicated. It's all accumulated over the years, and there were no signs of an outbreak, but once it reached that point, it fell. Such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus and cerebral clots。
For example, when you walk through a long corridor, two rows of people on both sides of the corridor, and you pass through them, they'll punch you or kick you, and in the end you don't know whether you were punched or kicked。
This is the terrible thing about chronic diseases, where doctors are unable to tell you exactly what the cause is, so they can't treat the disease, and they can only give me some cures。
In the case of high blood pressure, the underlying reason for the high blood pressure is the deterioration of the elasticity of the blood vessels, which makes it impossible for blood to flow normally。
The doctor will give you some decompressants to use to expand your veins and make blood flow. For a long time, you'll be increasingly dependent on drugs instead of being able to deal with them in substance。
The right way to adjust hypertension should be to improve the elasticity of blood vessels. As long as you give your body nutrients, high blood pressure is not a problem。
The raw materials that make up the blood vessels are proteins and vitamins, among others. By supplementing these nutrients, the veins automatically restore resilience and health。
Other chronic diseases are the same and provide adequate nutrient supplements to the body。
