An essay on experience and courage

People always say, “only experience can do a great job.” but i don't think so。
Once upon a time, someone had experimented with putting a flea in a glass box and covering it. It then looked at the reaction of fleas in the glass box, and at the beginning the fleas kept jumping in the glass box, but each time they did not come out of the glass box, they ended up hitting the wall and disappointed. So fleas calculate the height of the glass box and never skip that altitude again. Many people in society, like this flea, are trapped in a cage of experience, unable to pull themselves out of it, but some have the courage to break it, and most of them have succeeded。
Bill. Gates is a good example. Bill. Gates was enrolled in a world-renowned university, but dropped out of school and several friends founded microsoft. This is a puzzling practice. Many people used their experience to persuade him not to study it, not necessarily to study it, not to spread it even if it was successful. But bill. Sometimes success requires not only 100 per cent experience but also 100 per cent courage。

A lot of people in life are experienced old craftsmen, and when there is something to be done in a field, when there is a need to make decisions, we rely too much on our own successful experience, and are often more concerned and more careful about a thing that can determine whether we win or lose, because when there is a certain success, people are more afraid of losing, not only the wealth they possess, but also the authority in this field, the face of others. Too many people have the idea of losing。
The old craftsman with the cutter in his hand, faced with a precious gem, came to mind: there was no bow to turn back, and the knife went down, with a slight deviation, the jewel was gone, without compensation, and how could it be in this circle? What do clients think? What do students think? However, young craftsmen may think that this is the right time to prove their abilities, and in his eyes, perhaps not knowing the geometry of the gems, even if they are simply astronomical figures for young people, losing, learning from experience; and then, at least, trying to face the opportunity. The reality of our lives requires, in many cases, an opportunity for young people to prove their capabilities. And what is the hesitation when the opportunity comes? When you're ready to do it, you're ready to do it, and when the old man's talking about doing it and not doing it, we've done it。
When there are too many bonds in our hearts, we have lost almost everything. We have avoided failure, but we have lost the courage to do so. Do you have any hope of winning once you lose the courage to fight? At the outset, when there was fear of failure, the outcome could not be successful. In the business sector, there are many examples。
In life, many people have had such ideas, perhaps with experienced people and perhaps with a lot of thought. In any case, the choice was to give up and continue to live an unpleasant life, while always enviing the success and good fortune of others. In fact, many times, we lose not to others, but to ourselves. We lost not to no ideas, but to too many ideas。
We need to succeed, of course, first and foremost the ability to do so, and this young man, who has successfully cut stones, first of all, is a craftsman, not a pig killer, nor is he a meat seller. The second is to have the courage to fight. This courage, not as a hand in hand, not as a first-born cow, but as a man of ignorance, i know what lies ahead, and i know that i am capable of facing it, and even if i fail, i am not afraid。

Experience and courage, which is more important
First of all, there are a number of recruitment agencies that have always emphasized that the recruiter needs several years of work experience without thinking about where he or she will get so much experience. At the same time, many employers, often more than 40 or 50 years old, will never be able to use them again; rather, it is time to think that they are experienced. The choice of experience or courage seems really difficult。
Indeed, experience or courage (...) have played an important role, but there have also been times when there has been uncertainty。

What's the point of talking about this? That is, before entering society, you have to learn to know others, to know yourself. In society, it is important to be fully confident. Self-empowerment and respect for experienced elders. There can be neither impunity nor cowardice in failing to live a good life。
If you want to succeed in your life, remember that experience is a shortcut and courage is a wing。
