When it's cold, the clinic gets hot. Not because of the cold, but because of the old problems of boredom, panic and shortness。
Especially in the wake of the cold, the hospital's cardiology is almost daily driven in by wheelchairs, blood pressure is high, heart rate is broken, lips are purple, hands and feet are cold, and a coronary heart attack is detected。
There's a retired old teacher, who's usually a hard man, who likes to eat a bowl of lamb soup and a glass of yellow wine in winter, and insists on playing tai chi at 6:00 in the morning. As a result, one morning, just before leaving the house, he fell and was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction。
You may ask him, "why is something wrong with him when he eats and moves?" the problem is precisely in this “looks healthy” lifestyle。
The cold is the last of the twenty-four, not half. At this point, coronary heart patients are most afraid of the three words: "sweet cold and hot." without care, it is possible to move from being “sustainable” to being “inexorable”。
Why is the cold season so unfriendly to a coronary patient? It's not superstition。
It has been found that when the temperature drops suddenly, the body in instinct shrinks, like tightening the pipes, increasing blood pressure, increasing the burden on the heart, like getting an ageing water pump to push the flow, for a long time, and it's only a matter of time before failure。
In particular, early in the morning and late in the night, the temperatures were the worst, and it was the time when the heart reached and died. A large number of elderly coronary patients are at this point in their lives。
There is also a cold knowledge that may have gone unnoticed by many: the viscosity of human blood in winter is rising significantly, especially among older patients with high blood resin. The blood is thick, the blood vessels contract, and the “blanches” in the artery are more likely to fall off, blocking the veins, and myocardial hemorrhaging or even necrosis, which is white。
And at this point you might think, "is that good, hot, hot?" unfortunately, the answer is the opposite。
The most acute coronary heart attacks we've ever seen in our clinics are usually three: eating too much oil, drinking too hard, rushing too fast。
For example, in winter, some people have been able to fill the table with lamb soup, hot pots, old hens, red roasted meat wheels, and feel that eating “high heat” is resistant to cold. Instead, these fat, high cholesterol foods raise blood resin, make blood more sticky, and blood vessels more clogged。
"drink warmed up" is even more a mistake. A small amount of yellow wine appears to promote blood circulation, but expands the veins first, then shrinks back, until they pass through, tighten the veins and have greater heart pressure. Plus the alcohol itself is irritating to myocardial muscles, and some people suffer from heart disorders, and the heart beats as soon as they drink, which is not a sensation。
Sports can't go around. During the winter, many people were thinking of “building up early to improve their immunity”, but low morning temperatures, high concentrations of pollutants in the air, and less than “heating up” the body, which tends to lead to blood shortages in the heart。
After the cold, how can a heart patient eat, drink and move in order to survive the winter
The first is not to eat, which is to touch less fat, cholesterol and spicy irritation. If it's colder in winter, don't use the kettle or the lamb soup as food. It is suggested that this should be based on milder heat, digestible, like small rice porridges, evaporated pumpkins, carrots and eggs, which not only warms the stomach but does not add to the heart burden。
And it's under control. Seven cents is perfect. Eat too hard, and gastric expansion increases the burden of the heart in a reflexive manner, as if the old man's ramp was still full and easily “fired”。
The second "no drink" is to control alcohol and coffee. Especially at night, you can't warm up with a glass of white wine or make a pot of tea. These irritating drinks give rise to nervous excitement, accelerated heart rate and rising blood pressure, which are a real risk for people with a coronary heart base。
Isn't that free water? A proper drink of warm water, light salt water, red-tree cinnamon, etc., is not cold, and can also be warmed。
The third “maintenance”, which is simple, is not easy to do. There's a three-fold meaning of “continue”。
One is to insist on taking medication. A lot of people sneak out when the blood pressure is normal in winter. The winter is particularly prone to blood pressure fluctuations, while the absence of medicines is dangerous. They can't stop, even if they feel that they're good, they have to listen to doctors。
The second is to insist on monitoring. Families with conditions are advised to have an electronic sphygmomanometer measured early and late every day. The electrocardiograms, blood resin tests and blood sugar surveillance are not allowed to be pulled down, and are checked once a year to the bottom。
The third is to stick to regularity and moderation. It's not appropriate to leave early in the morning, but it's better to wait until the sun comes out. Indoors can perform some decompressive physical activity, such as stretching, tai chi, slow walking, lasting about 20 minutes, and slightly sweating。
Speaking of which, one might ask again, "i don't have coronary heart disease, i just panic sometimes, so don't be so careful."
This is a two-pronged issue. Panic is a very broad symptom, which can be heart problems or anxiety, anaemia, thyroid problems. If you have a history of high blood pressure, high blood resin, diabetes or family heart disease, even if you panic occasionally, don't take it lightly。
Like a river embankment, the surface looks fine and the bottom may have been emptied. It is often too late to remedy real problems。
Winter is the “teststone” of cardiovascular disease. It's not that you eat well, drink hot, work fast, but eat well, drink well and move well。
We are not afraid of the cold, but we are afraid of the cold. Coronary heart disease is not the exclusive preserve of winter, but winter is indeed its craziest time。
By the way, the cold has arrived and spring will not be too far away, but the road to spring must be made safe for the heart。
