The environmental conditions for tea and mushroom cultivation
The growth temperature is 3 ~ 35 °c and the maximum growth temperature is 23 ~ 28 °c. Temperatures are above 30°c, and mycelitis tends to weaken or even stop. The developmental temperature of the sub-entity is 23-26°c and the most suitable temperature is 18-24°c, with higher or lower temperatures delaying the original base division。
According to the test, mushrooms are the best at about 20°c, from the present to the maturity of about 10d. At the growth stage of the fungus, nutrients contain 60% ~65% water. The relative humidity of the air during the growth of the fungus is 65% ~70%。
There is no need for light during the growth phase of the fungus, which is inhibited by excessively bright dispersing light. Tea mushrooms are good fungus, sensitive to co2. Poor ventilation, high co2 content, long bacterial handles, stunted growth of the fungus, easy to open umbrellas or malformations. The fungus can grow in the range of ph 4-7, best at ph 4. 5 ~ 5. 5 and bad at ph below 4 or above 7。
Prepare the tea and mushrooms before planting

The tea mushrooms are grown in the form of an indoor layered bag of mushrooms, a bag of dust and mushrooms, and a walled bag. The spring plant was generally vaccinated in bags from late february to early march, and in mushrooms from april to may; the autumn plant was vaccinated in bags at the end of august and early september and in mushrooms from october to november. The tea mushroom bags are usually grown in the room (square)。
High terrain, ventilation, easy transportation, near water sources, clean surroundings, with the best structure of bricks, are chosen for the construction of fungus houses。
Beds may be placed in mushroom rooms or mushroom sheds. The common formulations for culture in fong county are 40 per cent wood crumbs, 30 per cent cotton seed shell, 16 per cent wheat, 8 per cent maize (2345, 12. 00, 0. 51 per cent) powder, 4 per cent vegetable seed (514,62. 00, 1. 22 per cent) cake powder, 1 per cent plaster, 0. 5 per cent white sugar (5207, 9. 00, 0. 17 per cent), 0. 4 per cent potassium phosphate, 0. 1 per cent magnesium sulfate.
Tea fungus bag production
The water content is adjusted to about 60 per cent in conventionally called formulations, with a water ratio of about 1. 0 ∶1. 2 and a pre-sterilisation ph value of around 7. Pack the bags in time for water penetration to be even. The netting is usually based on a low-pressure polyethylene tube membrane package, with a specification of 15. 00 cm x 55. 00 cm x 0. 04 cm, each containing 700 g dry material。

High-temperature sterilisation operations are: heating of the gas valve, until pressure rises to 0. 8~1. 1kg/cm2 and exhausts up to 107°c, controlling 2~3h, ensuring sufficient time for heat in the pan to penetrate the tradable bag, increasing the pressure to 1. 5~1. 7kg/cm2, maintaining 105~120min. At the start of the fire, burning the fire, requiring a temperature of 97~100°c in the centre of the 2h bag after ignition, and then keeping the 15~18h. Medium to cease fire, not to cool, to keep the text fire at 100°c。
(c) cultivated seed and planted seed, coarse and white fungus, to be vaccinated at both ends of the fungus when cooled to 28°c. They can also be synchronised with punches and vaccinations after sterilization. Transparent tape is used to seal the vaccination hole. Twenty-five bags per bottle of bacteria。
The management of the fungus season
The first 3d of the inoculation was adjusted to 25-27°c to make the mycelium robust. When the fungus grows to a deep 1/2 the growth starts to slow, when the pocket is loosed and the mouth is pierced with a mouthline, or it pierces 1 ~2 lines of micro-porous oxygen at 1. 0 ~ 1. 5 cm in front of the silk. The relative humidity of indoor air during the fungi phase should be controlled at around 70 per cent. And there shall be no overly bright light, and the doors and windows shall be covered。
Tea mushrooms and acupuncture management
Outdoor mushroom shed bags are made of 30 cm wide and 15 cm high beds with one layer of sand and two layers of thin sheeting, with both end bags being cut open and placed on the bed。

The direction of the bags should be consistent with the direction of the doors and windows of the mushroom shed. Scratching is carried out simultaneously with bags. Before the bag was opened, the bag was disinfected and the site insects were treated with 34 per cent thylene acid or bromocythylene (enemy kill) 3000 times the fluid, and fruit 2,000 times the fluid。
Tea and mushroom harvesting and conservation:
When the color of the fungus is changed from dark brown to light meat, the membrane is not broken and the harvest is timed. At the time of the harvest, the whole series or monogamous force would be required to be taken and the foot of the mushroom would be cut。
In air-conditioning rooms where mushrooms are placed at 15-20°c, the wind is dry until 80%, then packed in plastic bags or foam boxes, covered with watery toilet paper on 4-6 floors in the pocket or in the box, sealed and refrigerated at 5-10°c. During transport, the mushroom body is properly pressed to prevent vibration in the packaging。
