Over the past year, the long triangle region has made more positive progress in collectively optimizing the intellectual property business environment, providing intellectual property public services and building credit systems. The intellectual property authorities of the three provinces of the city have signed the memorandum of cooperation for the integration of the long triangle's high value patent development and conversion of the long triangle, the memorandum of cooperation for the integration of intellectual property exchanges in the long triangle, the memorandum of cooperation for the integration of patents in the long triangle, signed by the authorities of the three provinces of the city; the regional customs cooperation in the long triangle has strengthened synergies and formed a priority for the integrated protection of intellectual property rights in the long triangle (2024-2026); the shanghai qingpur, hangzhou, suzhou and shun lake have signed a pilot joint agreement for the protection of commercial secrets at the national level; the jiangsu lead organization has hosted a competition for intellectual property rights of students in the long triangle in cross-regional transfer activities; and the shanghai, jiangsu, zhejiang, anhui, shandong and guangdong province has signed a joint agreement on the sharing of intellectual property rights reviews for the national radiation digital reform dividend。
Exchanges and cooperation between intellectual property authorities in the three provinces of one city have borne fruit. In 2024, the number of long-triangular patents granted amounted to 1,155,000, or 32. 29 per cent of the total number of national patents, of which 2978 million were patented for inventions, or 31. 74 per cent for inventions; by the end of 2024, 64,533 patents for inventions for long-triangular persons and 25. 87 patents for high-value inventions per 10,000 people were patented, which is 11. 87 more than the national level。
As part of this effort, the directorate of intellectual property of one of the three provinces co-signed a memorandum on the rapid co-ordination and protection of intellectual property rights in the long triangle, which will focus on the establishment of rapid pre-trial service linkages, joint implementation of rapid advocacy services, specific information analysis studies, the establishment of mechanisms for sharing resources, awareness-raising training and business seminars, among others, in order to create a rapid synergy between intellectual property rights in the long-triangular regional integration for the protection of the “ecological circle”, the common services to ensure the development of new quality productivity and better contribute to the implementation of the national strategy for long-triangular integrated development。
