This is what we see in the province. Jiangxi is a central oil and tea production area in the country, and the oil and tea industry is the most advantageous and distinctive forestry industry in my province. In recent days, i have been able to save three years for high-quality development of the oil and tea industry. What is the status of development of the oil and tea industry in the country? What are the pressing development challenges? Journalists conducted in-depth interviews。
Figure out the problems that constrain the quality of the oil and tea industry
The development of woody oils, such as oil tea, is of strategic importance for the safety of the country's food and oil。
In recent years, i have been working on a modern oil and tea industry development system, which has created a model industry in mountain areas throughout the province to generate wealth and boost rural renewal. The total area of oil and tea forests is 15. 6 million acres, with a combined value of over 50 billion yuan, which is the second highest in the country. In 2022, i saved the cumulative sales of tea and oil products in ali and the kyoto platform, amounting to $110 million, an increase of 6. 63 per cent, or 33. 32 per cent of the national market share。
But i also save the oil and tea industry from a number of problems that constrain quality development. In march of this year, the provincial forestry administration led the formation of a joint research team, which lasted three months, to conduct in-depth research and basically map the problems that constrain the quality development of the oil and tea industry。

At the processing end, the level of oil and tea processing is low, none of the province's 500 million-dollar oil and tea processing enterprises have assets, none of the industry clusters or parks dominated by the oil and tea industry, and key technologies, such as research on the nutritional odour of mountain tea and the purification of tea soap extraction, have so far failed. There have also been fewer applications of pre-processed equipment packages for oil and fruit shears, while the market for mountain tea is not very well marketed, the brands of mountain tea are less concentrated, the brands are scattered across the province and advocacy does not create brand synergies。
Bridging bottlenecks to advance quality development of the oil and tea industry
How can the high-quality development of the oil and tea industry be firmly advanced to boost farmers ' incomes and boost rural renewal

The benefits of oil and tea cultivation have been significant in recent years. “these good business models deserve to be replicated throughout the province”
Industry experts have recommended that the current industry needs to start from the planting end, promote good practices, increase yields and make growers profitable; start from the processing end, optimize initial processing, advance advanced processing, improve industrial chains and make productive enterprises more efficient; and start from the end of sales, satisfy the multi-level diversification needs of consumers and allow mountain tea products to take advantage of high-end markets。
We need to speed up the construction of new (re-)specified oil- and tea-breeding nurseries, integrate non-cultivable resources such as forest land, low-yielding lands and innovative incentives for high-yield oil- and forest-based production. Oil and tea focus districts (cities and districts) have increased their support for roads and irrigation facilities at oil and tea plantations, piloting the establishment of oil and tea service centres, leading enterprises to build oil and tea plantations, introducing a “privately tailored” “reception” model to improve efficiency. At the same time, research efforts have focused on breaking through the key technological bottlenecks that constrain the development of the oil and tea industry in terms of good breeding, planting, processing and product development; the subregion has built a demonstration park for the oil and tea industry in kanan, kan north-east, kanxi and central china, which has formed a cluster of oil and tea industries with a full chain of oil and tea processing, high industrial concentration and high business linkages。
Industry development ultimately depends on markets. To this end, i have been able, on the one hand, to strengthen the construction of online mainstream marketing platforms, to open the jiangxi mountain tea and oil flagships at the mainstream electrician platform, to strengthen the interface with high-end businesses and to actively seek cooperation with the underline high-end catering agency, and, on the other hand, to continue to increase the clean-up and rehabilitation of the mountain tea market, to severely combat false markings and adulteration and to create a favourable environment for mountain tea consumption。
The promotion of the oil and tea industry is a system project. In line with the three-year plan of action for the high-quality development of the oil and tea industry, the provincial forestry administration will take the lead in capturing the day-to-day movement and appraisal of the relevant responsible departments, local developments and ensure that the goals, tasks, funds, responsibilities and effectiveness of the oil and tea industry are “five-tracked”。
