In exceptional times, in addition to the canteen, we can try to supplement the “basket” with hydroponic vegetables
01
Lettuce
Remove the leaves outside the lettuce, the starter core and the section below without having to be removed, and find a small bowl or a small jar with about a third of the water, without having a root in the water。

The lettuce, which is a chilling vegetable, needs to be kept between 15 and 20°c in the plant room to avoid direct sunlight so that in two days there will be visible changes, and if the temperature is too high outside, the lettuce can grow in the indoor shade。
02
Onions
Similar to the principle of hydroponics, the onions below 3-5 cm must be preserved, with a root line, a third of the water added to the jar or bowl, without a root line, and can still grow in areas with abundant sunlight. This method also applies to tupac。

03
Garlic
In addition to lettuce, garlic seedlings are easy to handle and, before planting, they are removed from the skin and placed in a deep disk, filled with one-two-one-third of the water, without the root of garlic, in a well-soiled place. It takes about three days to change the water。

Of course, you can cut the leaves on the garlic seedlings directly, keep adding water to keep them growing, and in a few days you can grow new garlic seedlings。
Having finished with the water-breeding methods, we will then present the usual methods of preserving vegetables。
Green leaves are purchased, which are simply sorted to remove the rotting part, without washing or drying it completely before being placed in the fridge. Packed with water-absorbed paper, such as kitchen paper, cow paper, etc., maintaining their air moisture, as far as possible in the freezer drawers, with the fear of stacking heavy matter above。

After this processing, green leaves can be kept for up to a week。
Vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, and vegetables can be stored in the middle of the bottom, thus slowing their growth and preserving them for up to two weeks。
Actually, if there's no better way to save vegetables, you can also make them pickle as pickles
