The types of papers included in intellectual property research journals include, inter alia, academic forums, work research, business evidence, reference offices, arbitration, etc。
The journal paper requests:
1. A copy used in this publication shall be deemed to have the author's consent to authorize it to exercise the right of re-use of its works through the internet, book publishing, etc. If you do not agree to this agreement, please indicate when you present your draft。
2. References are duly referenced and referenced in the body of the text, and are numbered consecutively by an arabic numeral in the order quoted therein, with the serial numbers placed in square brackets. No citations to closed publications。
3. The title of the article must be concise, specific and clear and, in principle, not subject to subheading (in principle, no papers with subheadings) and not exceed 25 words in principle。

5. Provides a brief description of the author's name, sex, ethnic origin (hancan be omitted), workplace (written to a secondary college), job title or position, main research orientation or technical specialization, postal code, e-mail address, telephone contact。
6. The first page of a submission should be identified from the top down in the following order: title, author (in the order of translation: original author's name, interpreter's name), summary, keyword (three to five, up to five), body. 7. If the submission is a paper financed by the fund's projects, please indicate the type, name and number of the fund's project on the front page after the title of the paper and link it to the foot of the front page。
8. For the full text, please write in square brackets at the top right corner of the reference. There are generally no more than 20 references. The quotations must be accurate and cross-checked with the original book。
9. The unit of measure shall use the legal unit of measure in our country, and the formula and the characters in the medium and foreign languages shall be case-sensitive, italic, black and white, upper and lower angles, etc., and be marked with a pencil when the easily confused characters appear for the first time。
